A great company to do business with
A great company to do business with. As part of my role, I manage 75 properties and regularly refurnish when occupiers move. I was looking for a new supplier and contacted a number of companies, but nobody came close to Focus on price, stock availability and service. Excellent Services
During the last couple of years we have been using Focus to help with carpets cooker and blinds. Mostly this has been with very short notice each and every time they have been outstanding. The job has been done without delay great customer services.

Terrible company
Terrible company - don’t use them. Don’t answer calls, keep you at ransom with deposit money and cancellation policies even though you are the one waiting for hours and then they just decide not to show up without any contact to advise why they won’t make it.

Oven not usable due to faulty door catch.
Due to unfortunate circumstances we had to reschedule the engineer'. s visit. The company were most accommodating. Having rearranged the visit, the engineer arrived promptly and undertook the repair effectively and efficiently. An excellent job well done.
