dont trust any of the promises from the website or the customer service. the order was supposed to arrive in 5 days - 20 days later after customer service tells me that all is on the way I receive an information that they are still trying to put together my order! Sad!

3 weeks to get my product? I don't understand why when the site said 5 days. So haven't even received my order. It's supposed to arrive on the 24th when it was confirmed on the 6th. Why even pay the extra money for early confirmation?
