Brought in what I though was an S20 Ultra (wife's phone, excuse my ignorance) was quoted the amount, which by the way was £20-£30 cheaper than the other phone repair services quoted me in the local area, the phone was repaired better than same day, it was done in just over an hour and to my delight once i arrived to pick it up was told it was an S20 not the ultra and would cost £45 less than originally thought, I was grateful for the honesty and the informative service I received, I will be back with other devices and will be recommending this company to all I hear need such a service! I also picked up a new fast charger, screen protector and new case, they've got everything you need and are happy to help with any advice or other technical issue you may have. Trust me, call these guys first! 5* Thanks again!.

I honestly can't remember the last time I was blown away by customer service. The communication is absolutely outstanding and exactly what you need and more when a mobile device is broken and needs repairing. Cannot recommend them enough - brilliant from start to finish.

Overall flawless service, the one thing fone doctors were weaker on was actively contacting me to update me on the repair of my device such as notifying me when it was ready for collection.

The fone doctors team went above and beyond to find ways to recover my data, messages etc from my old phone to new phone given I hadn't backed anything up. Anywhere. Ever. Hidden stuff you name it. They were honest with options and reasonably priced. I had different repair shop near me who wanted diagnostic money, screen etc. None of which fone doctors needed. For their London bridge branch, When you go down king's head yard it's the door on right hand side with the poster. Definitely recommend fone doctors. Great to find an honest service, a seeming rarity in London. Thank you

I must say they said it was old and newer technology was available...

Very pleasant and low cost helpful service. Did a good job in getting my device up and running quickly. Further questions and help was also given in a very nice friendly manner. I have been using them for 6 years and would highly recommend new customers to use the great team working there and their expertise.

Bit hard to find them in the building but very friendly and professional when I did. New screen is great. Too early to tell about new battery but I hope it will be the same.
