Was recommended to Fone Doctors after having an unsatisfactory experience with a certified Apple repair shop. Fone Doctors got me booked in straight away, replaced the battery in my iPhone se in front of me while chatting to me about what he was doing and gave me some tips on battery usage. Very affordable, quick and professional. Also obviously very passionate!

My iPhone XR completely died and I had no back ups anywhere. Went to Apple Genius Bar in Covent Garden and was told nothing could be done and to just buy a new phone. The Apple Genius serviceman also told me it would cost "a couple of thousand to recover a couple of photos" if I went through a third party.

I emailed every data recovery company I could, Fone Doctors emailed me back within a couple of hours with an estimated plan of action and a booked appointment the next morning. Went into the London Bridge shop and was met with the loveliest customer service. Within the same day, they had repaired the issue long enough for me to take it home and back up my phone, but also had backed it up just in case I was unable to. All for just £65!!! A little less than the 2k Apple told me it would cost ;)

Not only that, they offered me next steps (either fixing or trading in). I am SO grateful to the team and honestly, cannot recommend them highly enough!

I had really clear communications with the fone doctors and trusted their advice. In the end, my phone could not be saved, but I was happy with how they got me up a running with a new (and better) phone and transferred all my data to the new phone, then delivered it to my work place, even putting a chocolate bar in the envelope to brighten my afternoon. Would certainly use them again

The issue and solution were diagnosed very quickly and the price was very reasonable. The work was also carried out in under 2 hours. Great service and value.

I have used these guys for years. Honest, intelligent, reasonably priced and experts at their job. My iPad was going crazy (ghost touchpad). They diagnosed the problem over the phone, Collected it at my office, repaired and returned it in under 24 hours. There can’t be a better group doing this work. Super people. Many thanks.

Great service from the team!

My phone was quickly deteriorating after I broke the screen by dropping it the sink of all places. I had tried to find someone who could fix it but the company that offered the best price only had availability in 2 weeks time.

My colleague suggested Fone Doctors. They were able to match the price I was offered and fix it the next day. Better yet they picked it up from my office and returned it to me in just 2 hours. It feels brand new again.

Had battery issues with my samsung Galaxy S8+ l was looking to buy a new phone but the operative at pone doctors suggested it was a good phone just change the battery which l did and pone doctors cleaned the port and my phone is as good as new...very happy
