This is a great company to call for any type of issues with your phone. I had to wait a little while to be seen but then received a friendly and professional service with tips on how to best look after my phone and battery.

Very friendly pick up and drop off service - just so pleased and impressed with the speed and efficiency of booking, technical service, and customer service. Why aren't all my tech issues solved like this?!

These guys are amazing! Met them in Spaces near Liverpool Street for a charging port repair that should have taken minutes. My port was in such a bad state (Oneplus 7 pro) that they couldn't repair on the spot. They took my phone to their lab for a full port service and left me to venture into East London completely naked without my phone and having to trust a stranger to return my most precious the same evening. Just as promised they delivered to the restaurant just two hours later. Fully repaired and delivered to my door and with a gift Kitkat by way of a thank you for using them! Trust these guys with all your repairs, they won't let you down and a massive thanks to Fone Doctors, my warp charge now works perfectly.

Couldn’t be happier with them! Tried to back up my partners phone before transferring onto her new one but the phone died mid back up and with all pictures of our baby on there she wasn’t happy! Apple advised they could only wipe the phone and recommended another company who wanted £2000 for data recovery! (Yes, two thousand pounds!) Fone doctor quoted me £55 and they even came and collected the phone from a point close to my work, I was sceptical about this at first handing my phone over to a stranger, but I had regular contact from them and the phone data was not only recovered but the phone was fixed all within the quoted price (+ a little more to post back to me at my request) these guys are life savers and more people should know about them rather than the extortionate company Apple recommend. Huge thank you to all of them for a fantastic service!

I have an iPhone 11 and the back glass was shattered into pieces that only the case held it all together. They fixed it in 5 hours and my phone looks new. Everything works perfectly, wireless charging works great and they even gave me a discount on a screen protector. Trust me. They do an amazing job for a fair price. Apple repair and support charges around £375 and they did it for a quarter of that. I'm so grateful I found these guys and didn't spend that insanely amount of money that could've been even more.

Fasial at Fone Doctors, was super helpful and got my phone back to being happy again! I sat down with Fasial whilst he fixed my phone (in around 20mins as my old battery was really stuck in my phone due to moisture getting into my phone and was hard to remove!) Fasial helped me understand my bad phone habits (yanking the phone battery cable out of the phone, potentially causing damage to my phone port) and about how a battery will last longer in your phone if you follow simple certain procedures such as only draining your battery down to 0 and fully charging to 100 every 2 weeks amongst other ways! Would defo use their services again and I even got a free natural energy drink whilst I was waiting!

Took a couple of attempts to get my phone diagnosed and fixed but they didn’t give up and all good now. Knowledgeable and friendly.

Recently used their service to replace the back glass of my Samsung S21 Ultra.

I dropped the phone off at their location in Canary Wharf.

They fixed my phone back at a price that was quite a bit cheaper than iSmash, etc, and importantly, hand-delivered the phone to a train station near me within 24 hours. They kept me updated during the process too.

I believe they provide a warranty cover for their work, not sure if it's 6 months or 12 months.

Based on this experience, I'd have no issues recommending them.
