Kept me very well informed during the few weeks it took to repair my laptop (had to wait for a battery to be shipped from abroad). Once repaired, they shipped it to me next day delivery for a very reasonable price. Really great service.

Thanks also for the Bounty bar included with my laptop, fone doctors. But if you think a cheap treat would influence me to use your services again.....

I first used Fone Doctors last year to replace my broken screen and their service was very swift and reasonable priced. So when my phone sustained a bigger damage, I reached out to them again without hesitation. And even though the touchscreen function had become completely unresponsive, they were still able to salvage all my data, exceeding my expectations. A big thank you to Faisal and his team for their patience throughout the whole process, resilience in doing their absolute best and a very professional, yet personable, approach!

Faisal has been more than excellent, broke my phone screen as an emergency and barely made it to the shop after closing time. He was about to leave but when he saw how stressed I was as my phone had lots of unsaved numbers that I needed to get in touch with he was more than happy to stay beyond working hours and fixed my phone. great service. time-efficient and brilliant customer service for descent and low price not to mention they offer NHS discounts! highly highly recommended and Thanks again. Having used numerous phone repair companies over nearly 30 years in the business communications sector, I feel I am qualified to say that Fone Doctors is in a league of their own. They not only do a 1st class job, every time, but are a pleasure to deal with.

Symptoms: completely dead and wouldn't charge
I was asked by a friend living abroad to get the phone repaired as there was no support where he was living.
The authorised Google service company in the UK were unable to help (they had to use original parts and Google were no longer supplying) and could only suggest taking it to a local shop. After a quick bit of research I decided on fonedoctors - their excellent reviews and easy accessibility made it an easy choice. They tried extremely hard to fix the phone, communications were clear and timely, and their "NO FIX, NO FEE" policy is unsurpassed. Ultimately, the phone was too far gone to be repaired economically (dead processesor) but I have absolutely no reservations in recommending fonedoctors.

I had two old iPhones that needed attention. Fone doctors was recommended by several people on a shared WhatsApp group. I'm extremely pleased I went to them. The work was done fast, efficiently and at a decent price. Customer service was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending fone doctors to others.

I sent them my Pixel 4a that went into the sea. It'd been through the normal, shutdown and rice for a while I got back to shore, but with water in the lens I was never hopeful.
Still they gave me advice to try before I sent it in and then took it on and came back with a quote to get it fixed and working despite the clear damage they found. As it was, I couldn't justify the cost (which was fair) and so they arranged to dispose of the phone and didn't charge a penny for their time and efforts.

Would recommend again to friends and family - or to you. I guess they are most value if you're in london and can drop it in, but I sent it and it arrived just fine.

Phoned the Tuesday, can you my office Wednesday morning. New battery fixed in my phone battery, in my reception took 15 minutes. Brilliant great service, great value and will stop charging my phone overnight. Would recommend

Amazing customer service from Faisal at the London Bridge branch. Couldn't ask for a better service, quick, professional and friendly. The phone looks better than ever. Tom kept me updated and was very efficient and thanks to Bailey & Sohaib for such a good job on the phone. If I drop it again I will defo be back. No 1 company for fixes in my view. (I asked for their names as I was that impressed)

I had a great experience with the Fone Doctors. My phone had unexpectedly died without it being backed up, I took it to the Apple Store and they couldn’t restart the phone. I decided to take it to the Fone Doctors at their London Bridge shop, they were kind, nice and efficient and gave me a number of options on what I could do depending on the extent of the damage. They called back two days later with the result and I was able to pick the phone up later that day.
I would 100% use Fone Doctors again, kind, knowledgeable, efficient.

I bought a phone through ebay, which has arrived chipped on the edge. I work close to Fone Doctors, so I asked them on the phone if they can help me. The phone was gone with Bailey and I was worried if I will ever see it again, but in 3 hours it came back and a case as a present. So nice and efficient service. Thank you guys.

Very professional, great staff, quick turnaround, surprisingly for a company they don’t try to rip you off and offer you if possible the most cost effective repair first, doesn’t use cheap sh…. materials Like a lot of these phone repair companies, would I use again ?
