Implement a hybrid customer support system with both automated and human assistance. Include:
A live chat with real agents available during business hours.
A clearly stated response timeframe.
Tracking numbers or support case IDs for transparency.

Initially, I had some issues with Foothaven products, but after providing feedback, I’m really pleased with the improvements they've made! The customer service team was also very responsive, which shows they genuinely care about their customers. I'm excited to see how things continue to evolve and improve in the future!

Lots of improvements needed

Scam website. Placed an order and following confirmation, no further contact for weeks despite their shipping policy saying 3-5 days. Multiple online reports of their scam and verifications of selling fake Birkenstocks. Also multiple reports to ACCC. Avoid at all cost. You likely won’t received your order for weeks and will be fake when you do.

Needs more improvement in terms of handling its employees.

I don't recommend because they can't be trust it. Be careful.

Was just coming back to read what people said about sizing… ended up down a rabbit hole.

Already got the Taupes a few weeks back (they haven’t left my feet tbh), but now I’ve somehow added the Stone pair and that cork balm thing?? 😂

Don’t know if I should be mad or impressed lol. The photos + reviews are too convincing.

I usually tried on five sizes in the store and still got them wrong... The size test gave me an EU size 39 right off the bat, and the student discount didn't hurt. Now, taupe Bostons are my library-to-pub uniform.

Took my new Foothaven Arizonas straight to the Sunshine Coast last weekend, no break-in dramas, no blisters, no cranky toddlers. Even copped a “Where’d you get those?” from another mum at the surf club. Happy days.

Can’t bend over for laces these days. These slide on, fit right, and I’m out the door. Happy.

I ordered from Foothaven nearly a year ago. Back then, I genuinely thought it was one of those brands that looked good online but fell apart once you actually bought something. The shoes showed up late. The fit was off. I reached out... no reply for ages. Felt like I’d been ghosted.

I even remember thinking, “Yep. Here we go. Another brand that looks pretty and vanishes when there’s a problem.”
Almost left a 1-star out of pure frustration. Didn’t though. Just left it.

But recently, I gave it another go. New pair.
And it was… different. The site felt cleaner, the sizing tool worked better, the shipping was faster. When I had a small issue, someone actually replied properly. No BS. Sorted it quick.

Here’s the weird bit.. I once got an email from them where the customer service rep accidentally left her mobile number in the footer. I called it. She answered. Had a normal chat. She actually explained what went wrong with my first order. They’d changed over systems, new team, the usual.

Honestly, I kind of respected it. I do recommend but it does take a few days to ship thats all im gonna say! overall there verified shoes

I am happy with my experience, they ship fast and the customer service are very helpful.

Honestly the quality exceeded all my expectations, the shoes look awesome and are so comfortable. And support was excellent. I completely recommend them!

I don’t play around with shoes...especially Birks. I’ve been hunting for MONTHS and every other site felt shady or overpriced. Some even looked straight-up fake.

Came across Foothaven, wasn’t sure at first (trust issues lol), but checked their Trustpilot, saw they actually respond to stuff, and paid with PayPal just in case.

They arrived in under a week, came boxed, tagged, and smelled like real leather. Even took them to the store to compare. Dead match.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but if you’ve been scrolling for hours like I did.. this is the one. Real brand, real shoes. Just wish I found them earlier.

Warning…Do not order from Foot Haven…
Never received my shoes they reply with the same emails and will not refund my money. They pay for reviews … 100% scammers!
I’m out of pocket over $300… don’t lose your money.
Run far away from FootHaven

I like the sentence "At FootHaven, every step you take supports a better world". I like also that it talks about sustainability, style and quality. It gives me confidence to shop a pair of shoes there.
