Got a call the day after the online purchase to arrange delivery date (I was able to choose) as a heavy pallet delivery. The delivery drivers rang me beforehand as instructed. No problems whatsoever.

The motor and pump that I ordered arrived on schedule and in good condition. It fitted my Aldi log splitter exactly and the whole unit now works fine.

Terrible machine the hydraulic fluid leaked all over and when I contacted them for repair they shouted at me and hung the phone up. This company is a scam, stay away!

Enjoying my log splitter! Wasn't ideal that delivery was with a much bigger van than agreed that was too wide for the driveway, but the driver was super helpful and assisted me in loading and unloading into my car.

It’s an ok splitter for light diy work, the steel structure is robust and it works well. However after splitting some logs on only a few occasions over a 2 year period my ram seals burst, and on investigation the ram is in my opinion very much a hobby diy lightweight ram which is not in keeping with the rest of the kit. It’s a weak link that lets the splitter down. Forestmaster do make clear the splitter is for domestic use which is what I used it for but I had expected it to do more than a couple of years occasional splitting before component failure so I’m disappointed.

Forestmaster advised 12 weeks to supply replacement seals. I have now purchased a more expensive British Made splitter which is in a different league ( but also much dearer).

I am very pleased with my recently purchased FM5T-TC. The log splitter performs extremely well in splitting hard wood logs including oak. Over the years I have had split logs delivered often including ones that are too large for my wood burner which then required splitting with a log maul to make them usable. As I am approaching 80, it is becoming a task I no longer feel happy to carry out. The machine is easy to use and splits logs efficiently and quickly. It also copes well with splitting home felled wood from my garden.

The chipper reached the Outer Hebrides in Scotland in less than 2 days ! Very happy with the product ( FM8DD ) and it comfortably chips anything that I don't want as logs. Great customer service and Megan in particular was very helpful. Would definitely recommend

I then dealt with Megan Allsop to finalise what could have been a difficult transaction; Megan was delightful to speak to, understood how to resolve the issues of a sale to the Channel Islands and worked very swiftly to produce the proforma invoice.

I received an email from fedex for delivery next day & received 2 of a 3 package delivery, contacted Arrow uk who contacted fedex and received the 3rd package next day. Assembled log spiltter and table guard and used on various knarled logs and was very pleased with its capability impressed with the quality of the build and value for money of this log spilliter

As a domestic user it is not every day you purchase a log splitter. I therefore have never used Forest Master before. What a high standard of customer service and support. Hiccup with part of order rectified immediately and very efficiently. Can highly recommend.
