We’re sorry for any frustration or misunderstanding regarding your order. However, we would like to clarify that the order has not been shipped because it has not been fully paid for.

We have sent several messages to the email address provided with your order explaining that, based on the wall measurements you submitted, the order quantity was incomplete. We therefore could not proceed with production and dispatch until the remaining amount was confirmed and paid.

We completely understand that misunderstandings can happen, but we would kindly ask that you consider the above before leaving a review stating that we have failed to send your order. We are a small business that works hard to operate transparently and ethically, and a review that does not reflect the actual circumstances can be particularly damaging to a business that is genuinely trying to assist and resolve the situation.

If you would still like to receive the mural according to the measurements you provided, please confirm the remaining payment using the instructions we have sent you, and we will be happy to proceed with your order.

If you prefer not to continue with the order, please let us know and we can cancel your initial request.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We're genuinely sorry that your order has taken longer than expected and that we've let you down on this occasion.

We'd like to reassure that this situation is not representative of the experience we strive to provide. As a small business, we take great pride in the quality of our products and customer care, and the vast majority of our customers receive their custom orders without issues.

In your particular case, your mural required significant additional graphic design work because you requested a continuous installation across three walls, while the original artwork wasn't wide enough for that format. Rather than compromising the final result, we invested in custom design work (costing us an additional €90) at no extra charge to you because we wanted your mural to look exactly as intended.

Unfortunately, after production, the shipment was sent to the wrong address due to our mistake. We immediately began working with the carrier to reroute the package before resorting to reprinting a fully custom mural, which is extremely costly to produce. While we've been communicating throughout the process, we completely understand that the delay has been frustrating.

To be fully transparent, our Customer Service Manager is currently on maternity leave, and during this period we've unfortunately not maintained the level of responsiveness that our customers deserve. We take full responsibility for that and sincerely apologize.

We started Forest Homes because we believe homes should be healthier, more beautiful, and more sustainable. Every mural is custom-made, and we care deeply about getting each project right. Situations like this are rare, but when they do happen, we're committed to resolving them rather than walking away from the problem.

As mentioned in our latest email, we're continuing to work on resolving the shipment and will send you the tracking information as soon as your order is confirmed to be on the correct route.

Again, we're truly sorry for your experience and appreciate your patience while we work to make this right.

Hi Rini,

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize this has been your experience.

However, we have proof that you've received an e-mail of order reception confirmation immediately after your order, and also you've received an email confirming we've processed your order 1 day after your order. Additionally, as clearly stated in our website the delivery time for your handmade to order products is 6-8 weeks.

We've started producing your lights as per your order date, and your approximate delivery will be Sept. 23.

We have emails from you on Sunday Aug 4, and they were replied 3 business days later. Normally, we reply within 24-48h. Kindly note, the responsible for Customer service is currently at half time as a post maternity leave, and emails might take slightly longer to respond, however we answer every communication.

We thank you for your kind consideration and I hope you can reconsider this evaluation to our small, value-driven and dedicated business which values our customers' wellbeing over all things.
