I made a first purchase of a beautiful bamboo chair I saw at a fair, and I'm waiting for the product to arrive to proceed with other items that I've been looking for from Forest Homes. So far, very good.

Whilst the rug that I ordered was as described, there was hidden duties fees that were not made clear at check out and we received a bill of 53.34 from Fedex. I feel like this is extremely dishonest from ForestHomes and these fees should be made clear upon checkout instead of being hidden away on the website.

It has been pure pleasure to work with Forest Homes and the wall paper is of exquisite quality and looks simply amazing.

Absolutely beautiful Mural, it looks stunning. The picture is exactly as shown, it was relatively easy to hang, particularly as the paper is strong so doesn't tear. It came either clear instructions and the correct type and amount of paste. I would advise adding more than the required extra on the size, it was too close for comfort

Forest Homes customer service is excellent. They are very prompt in answering any question and giving advice about their products. Delivery of the murals I ordered was right on time and the products are beautifully made, just like they are represented in the photos.

I haven't received the product, but the order tracking shows that the price is increased by 3 times, from 25 eur, which was shown in the webshop originally, to 100 euro. Customer service was not responding either on the phone or by email. This practice qualifies as deception of customer.
