This company is a bad company
This FXAN. Why do they have this no refund rule?
Something here does not sound right?
I did do a mistake via not reading this, I asked for help, as they took money from my bank without me realising or known it was coming out of my bank.
So what it boils down to is I made a mistake that has cost me dearly. Yes I over looked the part where it says No Refund. People just think about that please.
Because they took the money it looked to me has if they took it with out my permission.
So yes I did not look at the full page and not checked for this no refund lark.
So I made a mistake and hoped I could get to their hearts, I'm a pensioner who is struggling and would never have took this on.
But I did, and yes I made a mistake.
I told them I have no money left for two weeks.
I have had to cancel a direct debit because there is no money in the bank. So another review went out.

I'm struggling I would never of went for this, So people look and check everything on its sales page.
I have stopped my direct debit.
IT HAS NOW COME TO THE STAGE
That I cant afford it any more. I took the contract out. YET in words its a legal WAY of STEALING from people.
So I went to your customer service to get HELP
The reception was crap.

I want to come to an arrangement
I am on a debt management so Please HELP
I dont think this company wanted to believe me.

Well with me being a pensioner and one with poor health I have prostrate cancer
I wanted to trade to keep my mind of the cancer has my doctors are on top and I could eradicate it.
So I decided to take up trading to keep me occupied and with only having my pension to live on I don’t have much to play with.
The mistake I made and it has stressed me out is I bought this offer of this FXAN and they won’t listen to me.
They have left me with £40 to live on for the next two weeks.
I’m in distress and this FXAN don’t want to listen to my plight as all I did was make a mistake
They can pay back my money but won’t saying I should have read the rules?
I didn’t but there is no reason to leave me without.

However, we also have clear operational standards, and we take them seriously when false claims are used to damage our credibility, especially after efforts have already been made to resolve the situation in good faith.
We are still willing to honor the compensation we offered previously. If you are open to resolving this matter constructively, we invite you to reach out to our support team directly.
I purchased a 7 day trial on Sunday…
I purchased a 7 day trial on Sunday which includes a 5k alpicap account, I emailed both FXAN to get my trade view set up and alpicap to claim my account and neither have replied and it’s now Thursday, so the 7 day trial will have nearly expired anyway. Would not recommend using this service, they’re marketing emails come through thick and fast everyday however once you purchase the support non existent so far.
