Misleading Promotions, Hidden Fees & Zero Accountability – Stay Away from FXAN
I participated in FXAN’s Guaranteed Wheel promotion and won a $50,000 PTB Lightning Challenge account. I paid for the spin and successfully passed the challenge, only to be asked later to pay an additional $149 “activation fee” — a charge that was never disclosed on the spin product page or in any communication at the time of purchase.
FXAN has two similar-looking product pages
one offering spins and other offering fxan indicators (which never provides correct information)
They are now applying the terms of the second product (which I never bought) to the spin I did purchase, claiming the hidden fee was "implied" or "somewhere in the FAQ" — even though the spin page has no FAQ and never mentioned post-passing fees.
When I raised this issue:
Their Discord moderators gave conflicting responses, then denied affiliation when I quoted them.
FXAN’s own support refused to take any responsibility and threatened to ban me for pursuing the issue.
PTB, the prop firm providing the challenge, also disclaimed all responsibility, calling it a “third-party promotion” and saying I must resolve it with FXAN.
So, neither party is owning up. FXAN is selling products with incomplete terms, misleading customers, and then passing the blame.
This is a textbook case of:
Lack of transparency
Post-purchase fee ambush
Irresponsible third-party partnerships
Refusal to resolve customer issues
Threats when questioned
I have full documentation — screenshots of chats, emails, websites, and payment proof — clearly showing that no activation fee was ever disclosed until AFTER I completed the challenge.
Avoid FXAN and any promotions they run. This experience proves they can’t be trusted to honor their offers, take responsibility for their products, or treat customers fairly.

Thank you for sharing your detailed concerns. We want to clarify a few important points regarding the $50,000 PTB Lightning Challenge promotion.
From the very start, when we introduced the Plutus Trade Base $50k Lightning challenge promotion in early April, it was clearly stated that the promotion involves a very affordable sign-up fee. However, there is also an activation fee required upon successfully passing the one-phase challenge to proceed with your funded account. This activation fee is highlighted within the promotion page to ensure transparency.
Furthermore, as part of introducing the Wheel feature, the FAQ section explicitly states:
"You must always adhere to the terms of each individual challenge promotion. This means that if a challenge is limited to a single participation, you’ll need to contact us to explore options for a suitable alternative of comparable value instead of voiding your spin. Additionally, any other requirements that may apply to a particular prop firm challenge — such as activation fees, monthly fees, or similar conditions — must also be respected." (FAQ section #11 on the Spin page)
Please understand that the activation fee is a condition imposed by the prop firm, not by FXAN alone. We act as a partner to bring you access to these offers and do our best to communicate all requirements clearly.
Given these facts, it appears this review is biased and based on a misunderstanding of the terms agreed upon at purchase. This makes the review unjust as it omits critical information and misrepresents the situation.

scam. I bought a promo account but after payment I received an email saying ''your order was unsuccessful''. So I bought another account and this time everything went well but they charged me two bills.
When I asked for a refund for the first account they rejected it even though they admitted the error. They said they could assign that account to a friend or acquaintance but the fact is that I gave them a new email so they could pass the account on but the person never received the account. I sent emails but they don't respond anymore.

Intuitive Indicators, good support team!
My first experience with FXAN was with their Trading View indicators. I personally don't trade with indicators, but theirs were so intuitive and probably as accurate as indicators can get. Their customer support is also really responsive and patient to sort out issues thoroughly. Good job guys!
