They have scammed me. They are not paying my payouts and they closed my account without any valid reason. I dont understand how they are still running their business

I have been closely working with them now for over 3 months, and if there is one aspect of their business that continues to amaze me, it would be their top-notch empathic support staff
A couple of months ago, I was supposed to receive payments, but I was omitted from their payment schedule due to some technical reasons.
I chatted their support staff about it. They were not only empathic, but in less than 30 minutes, I received payments.
That's the fastest I have received payments after lodging a complaint.
