I am writing to bring a significant issue to your attention regarding Forex Capital Fund, a payment processor I have been dealing with. My experience with Forex Capital Fund and their associated payment processor, Coin Payments, has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I believe it's essential to share this experience on Trustpilot to warn others and hopefully prompt action.

I have been involved with Forex Capital Fund for some time, and our interactions have been less than satisfactory. At one point, they requested that I initiate a refund of my funds through Coin Payments and then make a new payment using a special link they provided. This process seemed unusual, but I followed their instructions in good faith, expecting a smooth resolution.

However, what followed was an absolute debacle. I recently initiated a refund process through Coin Payments for a transaction involving 693.92000000. Coin Payments requested 40 TRX as "GAS FOR REFUND," which I promptly provided. Despite my adherence to their procedures, their system failed miserably. It rejected my TXID with an error message, "This is not a TRX Transaction."

This situation is infuriating and unacceptable, especially coming from a payment service provider. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this matter with both Forex Capital Fund and Coin Payments, I have not received any satisfactory assistance or resolution.

I am appalled by the level of incompetence and negligence demonstrated by both Forex Capital Fund and Coin Payments. As a result, I strongly believe it is my responsibility to share this experience on Trustpilot to inform others in the community and hold these companies accountable for their failures.

I kindly request that you consider my experience as a basis for a Trustpilot review to shed light on these issues and the poor service I have received. It is crucial that potential clients are aware of the challenges and frustrations that may arise when dealing with these companies.
