I paid for the purchase. The prescription came 4 days later
I paid for the purchase. It is suppose to be 24 hr delivery. I work nights and have literally lost sleep waiting for the delivery. I got notice it was to be delivered Saturday between 9:15 and 1:15. No delivery came. I got a notice stating I missed the delivery. Impossible. They sent another notice saying Monday between 9:15 and 1:15 then it got updated to 2:15 and 6:15 then it changed to 1:15 and 5:15 the. To no surprise they said I missed the delivery I waited literally by my phone only to get another notice saying it would be Tuesday. This medication is supposed to be refrigerated. Impossible I waited and also had it in camera on my T.V. Ups had me on hold for 25 minutes to get disconnected. It’s been a very frustrating experience to say the least. This whole experience has been disappointing. I spoke with the pharmacist and he stated it was packed in ice but has most definitely melted by now. It’s my first experience with Wegovy and Livewell. I guess high expectations leads to disappointment! I received the package on Tuesday late afternoon. Spent 4 days waiting. Ups courier service was an absolute nightmare. This whole experience was valuable in what to do and what not to do. I would recommend Livewell but with different options on the courier service they use.

1. They falsely advertise their prices
2. They didn’t meet the timelines for a response.
3. I asked if the prescription was for 2 months or 1 month. The practitioner said 2, their support said 2 then said 1. No clear answers on simple questions
4. I asked the practitioner some basic questions on administration of the drug and he responds with “ and if you read the messages, The pharmacy will explain all those information for you.” - terrible bedside manner.
Don’t waste your time or money. There are numerous options that provide proper care and support.
Easy to use; would have like a more personal connection with a physician.
I really liked how easy it was to use the site and get a prescription. What I thought was lacking is the ability to schedule a virtual or phone appointment with the doctor to ask questions.

I am still waiting for my order, since October 9th. The problem was that they were confused about the PO Box, yet they still had my complete mailing address. No one contacted me so it was after a week and a half a notice pops up saying issues with delivering.
Anyways, there is not an actual phone number available, you are unable to speak to an actual person, only communicate theough email, and at Livewell's convenience. The latest email states that they are sending it out.

Well, in my personal opinion it was practical to do this on line. There are steps to follow, cost to pay, information to read, and i beleive a person should know well about their medication and ask questions. I found that that everything was step by step here, and the assisting to my questions and concerns was excellent.
