GREAT & RAPID EFFICIENCY

Due to my medical results and annual health screening results, I received my prescription and medicine quite speedily. The best things I have noted on Livewell Canada: a) Professional doctor, b) Speedy prescription and medication delivery, c) Great resources on info ( meds, how to take it, problem solving, videos etc ). The platform is also clean, streamlined and easy to navigate. Great site!

Be aware!

There is a $99 consult fee every time you want to consult the doctor. All I wanted to know was how to decrease my dose as I was having severe side effects and was charged $99 consult fee….Be Aware!

Setting you up for success

Honest and they really take your current health into consideration. This isn't a blind rx service - the people assessing really want to see success & will make sure that you're getting the right rx and help to succeed.

It is an inconsistent service level

It is an inconsistent service level. I am not eligible for any deductions so my expectations are higher. The renewal of prescriptions with the partner suppliers is not cohesive. I renew my prescription it says "prescription provider/distributor" will get back to you in 12 -24 hours and it doesn't happen. Then I reach out to prescription/distributor and they have no idea that it was initiated. Total disconnect and results in gaps in medication. Ended up taking 72 hours - Need to work on the integration of services to avoid inconvenience and prescription interruptions.

Hi there — thank you for taking the time to share this, and we’re really sorry for the inconsistency you experienced. With no insurance deductions, we understand why your expectations are higher, and you’re right to expect a smooth, coordinated renewal process.

The delay you described — where the renewal is submitted but the distributor isn’t aware — shouldn’t happen. That disconnect can lead to gaps in medication, and we’re truly sorry you had to go through that and wait 72 hours.

We’re actively working on improving the integration and communication flow between our system and our pharmacy partners so renewals move through more consistently. We’re also working on ensuring providers are able to respond more promptly, so these delays are minimized and medication interruptions don’t occur.

Good but expensive

Everyone and everything is good from the lab requisition to actually using the product. The only thing I find hard to deal with is the cost.
