FairyGod Mother enters the chat
Amanda and Julia are the best they have helped me through my prescription refunds when I needed an Rx switch and when CanadaPost decided to act up with their funny business delays. The customer service of Livewell come in clutch like a FairyGod Mother, making me feel like Cinderella with their extraordinary service. Tbh I have never had fast, understanding service like this online. They are respectful, caring, charming, polite, communicative all in one service. They answer as soon as they can, so like I don’t need to wait in the chat for an answer, I go on with my day and I receive a response ASAP. I will constantly get my Rx from Livewell just because I know their customer service representatives like Amanda and Julia will take care of my needs —Period— give them a raise —Period—. Thanks guys for the amazing service! (Seriously give then a raise.)

Top notch communication and service
Top notch communication and implementation. You have a chat set up and pretty much continues your whole service. They let you know what’s going on, when, how, what’s needed, and a dashboard to let you know where you are. They deliver the meds within 48 hours. FedEx. Totally trust this group. It was a lot to know and do and they walk you through the whole thing. Expensive? Yes. But the meds aren’t cheap and this is a one stop service for GLP-1

Weight loss treatment.
Just started my first month treatment for weight loss. Liked a lot the quick replies from Livewell team and support from pharmacist and Doctor. Chloe from the customer service team address well my questions quickly and went to an extra mile to support me with all the informations. Take care of the health in Canada is hard and it should not be. Livewell is providing a good option for those who want to take care of themselves. Hope to get more treatments in the near future with them.
