Formkraft Reviews

An excellent service from beginning to end. Andrew was quick to respond to all my queries and offered a first class service throughout the process. I was working to a tight schedule, preparing for a launch of a new project, and even though our Purchase Order process was delayed this didn't impact the turnaround time. I couldn't recommend FormKraft enough and will definitely be recommending them to others in the future.

As always a great service from Formkraft. Our orders are always delivered on time and at excellent prices. Customer service is second to none and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Maria was very helpful at all stages throughout buying our merchandise!

excellent customer services and fast delivery

I dealt with Michael and he was really helpful, nothing was too much trouble and he responded to all of my emails quickly and even called me on multiple occasions to give up dates or further information following on from emails. The ordering process was really smooth and easy with a quick turn around time. Very happy with my first experience ordering from Formkraft.

I have been in contact with Michael over the past few weeks and he has been so helpful! From quoting to help adjusting our design, he has been great. Our pens arrived today and we love them. All in all good company and would definitely recommend.

Excellent and swift process from initial engagement, to providing us with artwork examples, confirming our order and final delivery.

Friendly and helpful staff. Competitively priced, and quick delivery. Can't fault them.

Excellent customer service! Great quality and fast delivery!

Maria was very helpful and we were able to receive our items in time for a very tight shipping schedule.

An amazing service from start to finish from Maria. Clear and timely communication meaning decision making and purchase was made easy. Can't wait to start giving these to our customers.

Formkraft's Merchandise Team has been extremely helpful. I ordered some travel mugs and stainless steel water bottles for our Students' Union Shop and they made the whole process seamless. The period from advising a quote, approving our artwork and the goods finally arriving took just over a week. I will definitely revisit their items and check how they can help us in the future.

Dealt with Formkraft for a number of years and can say always a pleasure to deal with.
Swift responses and first class customer service experience.
Few times I have needed help as not knowing exactly what client requires and the team have guided me through and sent ideas and recommendations.
