Formkraft Reviews

Jenny and Courtney are both stars, super kind and helpful. 10/10 definitely recommend them!

Have a longstanding relationship with Formkraft who provide an excellent and reliable service. They have provided us with a wide range of labelling and packaging solutions over many years, from the simple to the bespoke, and their team is always available and make every effort to fulfil our requirements.

The staff at Formkraft are super helpful!

We have placed several orders in the last month, communication from Formkraft has been excellent and they came up with some great ideas for different items.

Thanks again for your help.

Couldn’t ask for better quality of service. Craig sorted best prices and artwork for me and went above and beyond all expectations. I would highly recommend Formcraft especially Craig as he was so easy to work with

A lovely team of knowledgeable experts in branded packaging. A pleasure to work with! I would recommend anyone looking for great quality and friendly professional service to look no further.

The speed and quality of service were brilliant. I've used Formkraft in the past but they seem to go from strength to strength. Andy handled everything professionally and was super helpful. The product itself was great when it arrived, exactly what we needed.

Excellent service from initial quotation through to production and delivery. We were late to order and were concerned about lead times, but our products were received in plenty of time and of really high quality. We would recommend Formkraft to anyone!

We got in touch to get some custom planners made by Formkraft after a previous supplier had let us down. From the initial quote all the way until delivery Formkraft were incredibly helpful and attentive, assisting in getting our artwork ready and suitable for printing. Once the first draft arrived our Account Manager Michael was incredibly helpful sorting out any issues we had, making the final product better than we had anticipated. I couldn't recommend them enough for their quality customer service and amazing delivery speed, we got in touch on November 18th and by December 17th we had our final product in hand.

Formkraft always have the items we require on a very good and prompt leadtime.
My account manager is very efficient, friendly and gets the job done with a great team supporting.
Would definitely recommend for merchandise and exhibition materials.

Very helpful, and informative, which enabled me to get exactly what I needed

Always prompt with quotes, will search for best fit for any enquiry even when not exactly sure of specifications, will always help out with urgent requests. I know that I can trust Andy to get best deal for any item and his advise is always good.

I have worked with Formkraft for many years now and they do a great job of finding creative and innovative solutions for businesses.
The team are really customer aligned and always go above and beyond when they are given a project to work on.
Great people doing a great job!

No matter the request, small low value order or major project, the team at Formkraft are always up for it. Able to work to budget or to propose multiple options at different price points when the brief isn't 100% fixed. Definitely the sort of partner needed for branded products, corporate gifts and one off product sourcing.
