Really easy to use — signing up, uploading photos, and creating the listing was straightforward. For Sale By Owner, was an easy, straight forward way to sell our property. All the information you need is provided and the initial phone call with Paul allayed any concerns I had. Get yourself a good experienced solicitor. We engaged a photographer for photos, wrote up a description of the property and uploaded this to the portal. We preferred " By Negogiation" as our means of sale. We set open house times on the portal, met people at the door and engaged in negotiation. Once we accepted an offer we exchanged solicitors details and left it all with our solicitor. Thank you For Sale By Owner.
