This was such a simple process. The website was very easy to use, any questions i had were answered quickly and the contact requests came through promptly.

The prospective buyers commented on how much they preferred dealing directly with the Owner versus an Agent. It wasn't awkward at all and I loved that i had control over the process.

I recommend using a professional photographer.

I sold our house in TWO days at almost $50k over ask and saved approximately $17k in fees.

Very easy process renting out a property in WA. Listing process is super easy with step-by-step guidance along the way.

They make selling your own home easy! I preferred having direct contact with potential buyers. Organising open homes, through to negations was quick and easy with no waiting on a middle man to get back to you. I believe interested parties preferred having contact with the owner as we had answers to all their questions straight away. The platform used by For Sale By Owner is self explanatory and easy to navigate. Would recommend them to all my friends!

Otherwise good website / service that lets you save money on real estate commissions but reduced satisfaction when costs you $400 extra (on top of $699) to extend until sold after your 6 months package expired if you don’t purchase ‘listed until sold’ initially (only $100 extra at beginning at $799). $250 extra to extend by 6 months. Don’t even think 6 months should be an option.

When I had questions regarding extras etc the response was prompt.

I am a regular user. The website is easy to access and use. Advertising coverage is great. Applications received online. Will keep using!

Simply to use and excellent value for money when selling your property through FSBO. Saved thousands in agent fees and sold it without any issues.

Simple & effective.

For Sale By Owner was a wonderful platform to sell our house. The enquiry messaging system is simple & allows easy & effective contact with buyers.

The amount of enquiries we had meant we were getting great exposure, & that buyers had confidence in the platform.

My husbands health was not great which was why we were selling & FSBO gave us the flexibility we needed to have a successful sale.

Would highly recommended FSBO to anyone who is considering selling. As the seller, you know your property best & can share that with all prospective buyers, at your convenience.

Another great rental achieved through FSBO. I had 20 applicants and rented during the first open.
Definitely recommend them for renting out your property if you are doing it yourself.

The benefit of “For Rent By Owner” is that it’s extremely convenient and time-efficient. As soon as a potential tenant makes an inquiry, I immediately receive an email and a text message. If I’m available, I can show the property right away. In contrast, with an agent, there are usually only two open inspections per week, which is far less efficient.

I had full control. I made appointments for viewings and people appreciated the knowledge and explanations I was able to offer. Id do it again 100%
