This is a great way to sell a home. No messing around with agents who have other clients. Whether it is a quick sale or the best price - the vendor knows and can adjust their decisions based on their own needs - not the opinions of an agent. Advice is readily available if needed, and if you are not confident with photos or property details - then that assistance is also available. I’m in my seventies and worked my way the technology without problems. I did everything myself this time around - confident after a previous seamless home sale experience. I didnt need any of the usual frills - boards, open for inspections, brochures - all the usual extra costs and inconvenience. Showing individual potential buyers is a pleasure - where they also get time to ask questions, walk through at their own pace and you soon know who is genuinely interested - so you can direct your energy usefully. My experience has been that the buyers also appreciate dealing with the people who know most about the home, its fixtures and fittings and the local area. The savings made from not having to pay an agent is a added bonus.

But if you can upload a few pics, write a review of your property, can show people through the place and have a responsive conveyancer/solicitor I would highly recommend FSBO as the way to go.
