Seeing low income tenants have payment conditions changed with little notice after writing formally to agree payment plans, only to revert, demanding full payment is not acceptable. Written agreements that people balance finances around to be changed on a whim is reflective of this organisation. Management of the building and allocation of resources wasteful.

I had an emergency plumber 3 weeks ago to fix a toilet handle saud l needed a new cistern he'd raise the job phoned them Friday last week no job raised record all work men and calls as proof stonewater resident ref Kelly Savage office manager

The rating is for today, a visit from Aaron from Leicester, to finally fit my shower enclosure ( ongoing since April the 9th this year ,09/04/2024.)

Renovo, has been working with Fortem for their Day Time Reactive and their out of hours Emergency repairs for a number of months now and it is evident by the swift turnaround of maintenance reports how much Fortem as a Company appreciate their residents and clients alike. The overriding factor for Fortem is Customer Service and quick responses to maintenance issues while ensuring any works carried out is done with minimal disturbance to the residents & they’ve clearly got this on point!

Melanie is an absolute pleasure to work with, always going the extra mile and incredibly responsive to all queries. We look forward to working alongside the Fortem team well into the future.

New kitchen fitted at Cambridge Gardens, Maggie and her team are doing a great job, Maggie was especially helpful and sorted a drainage issue with the Kitchen Sink

just had new kitchen fitted at Cambridge Gardens southport too many people to thank personally but to name Maggie taberner,Lucy, dave and Robbie and all the other guys involved. had the pleasure of them slightly longer than expected due to an unknown leak but they went that extra mile to resolve it. the finished result is perfect and we are very happy with it. huge thanks to all concerned.

Just had a new kitchen fitted here at Cambridge Gardens, Southport. A couple of little hiccups/delays but once I spoke to Maggie Taberner (Customer Liason Officer) she always answered her phone or got back to me promptly and the problem/issue got resolved. Great bunch of lads also from all the different trade services, very helpful. Well done and thanks to you all.

I dealt with Melanie as I had a heating issue and she was absolutely fantastic and professional giving me updates and sorted the problem out quick and kept me updated all the way thru it brilliant service and couldn’t do enough to help

I couldn't have asked for better service. David Broadway and Maria Fadeeva led me step by step though the entire property purchasing process; from selecting a property, finding the best mortgage offer to signing off the completion documents. Even after completion I was given follow up sessions to ensure all my questions were addressed.
I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others. Both David and Maria have extensive knowledge in their individual specialties and they go above and beyond by providing time to explain all the aspects of the purchases.
