⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding support that genuinely changes lives

I can’t speak highly enough of MyShon and the incredible work they do supporting people facing homelessness.

From the very start, the care, respect, and commitment they show to their tenants is clear. The housing officers in Corby and Nottingham truly go above and beyond — they don’t just manage properties, they genuinely care about people and helping them rebuild their lives with dignity and stability.

A special shout-out to Claire Cullington and Paul Slainey, who are both absolutely outstanding at what they do. Their compassion, professionalism, and constant support make a real difference. You can tell they don’t see this as just a job — they’re passionate about helping people move forward.

MyShon provide more than housing — they provide hope, structure, and real support when it’s needed most.

I would highly recommend MyShon to anyone in need of supported accommodation and genuine care.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding support when I needed it most

I can’t thank MyShon Housing enough for the support they gave me during one of the hardest times in my life. I was homeless when I was placed into one of their HMOs, and I stayed there for around 6 months.

From day one, the support I received was incredible — especially from my housing officer Claire. She genuinely went above and beyond her role. Claire was supportive, understanding, and always there when I needed help or guidance. She didn’t just treat me like a tenant, she treated me like a person who mattered.

Because of her dedication and support, I’m now officially in my own flat, something I honestly didn’t think would be possible at one point. I’ll be forever grateful for everything she did to help me get back on my feet.

Thank you MyShon Housing, and a huge thank you to Claire for changing my life for the better. I couldn’t recommend this service enough to anyone who needs real support and care.

Absolute joke of a company they do not care about there tenants offer no support and do not check the dodgy tenants that they house who make other tenants lifes hell AVOID

This is one of the worst companies to manage homelessness. They are highly neglecting of the needy. They hire any anyone unqualified even alcoholics. The alcoholic guy was the best of them all he genuinely wanted to help us so they got rid of him
They abandon people in need and allow the scum of the streets to take over their building where they rob and rape the weakest of this society.
It is a very vile management.
I can personally testify to there corrupt ways. All they care about is the government founding and they will always neglect their duties.
They used me to protect them from all the scumbags that tried to hijack their building. When i asked for help with food banks or food parcels they always said they have no idea and its not their problem.
I use to sit by the door to the building guarding it in the hot summer heat and I was sweating and starving while a fat lady sat in the office with her fan on and over eating all sorts of snacks but never once did they offer me even a fan. Highly selfish staff. They have no empathy for those weakest in society instead they look down on them all. I have heard them curse the residents many times and moving them behind their backs.
After they moved me out of that building and over to another city then all the street scum took over the building and management allowed it and did nor is doing nothing to protect all the weak residents.

Before moving me to another city I was assured that they would always help me here as it was around the corner from their head office and all issues would be resolved immediately. When I moved here the washing machine was broken and didnt work so I reported it. They left us hanging with a broken washing machine for 3 months before deciding to install a new one.
My shower mixer didnt work in the sense it was boiling hot water and that took a month longer then the washing machine to fix.
As its a small city there's isn't much help here for starving people so I approached the office staff and that same fat lady was now here probably cause they no longer had someone to protect them but when I told her I had nothing to eat and no money she told me the only place was a place where you have to pay for food which defeats the purpose of having no money.
I was in dire need for a food bank but she just shrugged me away so she could over stuff her fat face with snacks.
I faced death threats and daily abuse from scum as I don't fear none of them but they seemed to fear me as all they did was verbally abuse me. When I walked on the streets they would call me names from across the street but only when I had headphones on and never when my ears wasn't covered.
Now in this new shit city they hired a boat person to be the housing officer with poor English skills and he swore at me twice cause I came down after he was testing the fire alarm randomly without warning at 19:30 in the evening which is out of their office hours and he is not supposed to be here at that time. I was trying to do a IT course in my room when the firealarm went off causing me a huge shock so I approached him and asked him what he is doing and then he said something I didnt understand so I said sorry what to which he replied are you stupid twice.
I gave him what ever swears that popped up in my head back and had to quickly walk away. I really wanna hurt this guy so badly and these myshon scum keep sending this guy back to this house.
It is a vile company and their staff should be sent to jail for their abuse towards those who are at the absolute bottom of their life's.
I have survived on toast bread for 4 months now as I cannot afford food. All my bones and the little muscles I have left are always in pain and I suffer from brain fog due to malnutrition and vitamin deficiency but no one here cares.
I am doing a CompTIA A+ along with MS102 and MD102 course. It's extremely intensive and I cannot complete it as I cannot focus.
This scummy society is made to keep you down no matter how hard you fight to raise back up and this myshon company are the worst of people to manage homelessness.
Very vile company.
It is no wonder they had to change their names multiple times.
I am the only one with a review here because they recently changed the company name.

This story is much deeper then what I have tried to describe and I spoke from my point of view. There was 40 rooms in the other building and none of them have anything nice to say about this company.

There is so much more to this story and the story begins long before where I started telling it. What I explained here is less then a years of events. I can barely witness to 3 years of both fraud and negligence from this company.

It's disgusting that this company is getting away with all this....
