Je ne sais pas si je suis à la bonne place mais les jeux de BUBBLE organisé par Leyoki ( bulles de couleur à faire rassembler ) c est vol et ARNAQUE ne reponde pas aux mails si on a un problème par contre encaisse l argent sans problème donc JOUER SANS DÉPOSER D ARGENT

Total scam.

Deposited money, went to play a game my credit disappeared without finishing the game. Can only speak to what seems to be chat bot with the same answers being given. They wanted a video of me playing the game when it happened. Who does that?

Decided to take winnings I previously won and withdrawal is under review. Going on for a week

If they respond to this review they will say contact customer service, which is pointless as you go round in circles with them giving the same response over and over again

They have now stopped the chat as I hadn’t said anything for 24 hrs which is strange as their last message was that they were looking into it

AVOID, luckily I didn’t deposit any money but I reached the limit of £30 earned which you need to withdraw and it won’t let me do it whatsoever ever so don’t deposit don’t bother scamming horrible so and sos

I downloaded the app literally 3 days ago and played it on the first day. I funded my account with small balance and was given cash bonus offer. I added few more dollars earned the cash bonus and was winning so I tried to withdraw my winnings as anyone would. The app would not accept the payment method so I choose a different bank account. At first I thought it was on my bank’s security side but after waiting for two days and I am getting pop up messages of being dishonest and they have locked up funds. I am not able to play, deposit nor request refund from my winnings in the account. I did nothing dishonest and have no experience with Apps as such. I kept getting advertisements so I downloaded it for first time and am experiencing this unethical and illegitimate behavior by the company. Their chat bot agent provides zero help and is not accurate. I was trying to withdraw less than $100 and they blocked my account for BS dishonest claims, I wonder what they have done to people who have won more money!!! Terrible service and terrible app, I researched a complaint email and after filling out the form and trying to submit, I get proxy error message. SCAM

If I could give a -10 star I would. This developer needs to be prosecuted and fined. Major scam and fraud within ANY AND EVERY APP made by them! They should be ashamed on how they run there apps! It’s a complete disgrace to any affiliation with them. I wonder if they easily rest their heads at night … I will pray Karma comes back triple fold ! I STAND ON THIS

Money is being taking from my bank account that I did not initiate. They state I'm supposed to have 24 hour support but there is no way to get in contact with them ..... No phone number and no live chat! There is absolutely no customer service !

Avoid ALL Prinsloo games. I was at VIP level 7 and still couldn’t speak with a real person. Not expecting to win thousands but would like to play a little while. It’s a joke! Don’t waste your time!

What is the point to play the games if you can’t withdraw any money you win because they have the stupid rule you have to 40 dollars to withdraw their game is bs if you’re not able to withdraw any time you want

Seem to have some ai determining the outcome of your game, they don’t want to pay out, was playing for months with occasional win, until recently however where accused of cheating by a bot when played exactly the same way as before.
Dont bother trying to chat to them for help you get stuck on an endless loop with a chat bot, speaking to anyone real seems impossible. Over $50 in payouts in the past couple of weeks now “forfeited” due to “fraudulant” behaviour yet they can’t / won’t tell or show any evidence to back up their claims…. Heavily dissapointed!!!!

I played Fortune Bubble and managed to accumulate a $120 withdrawal. The app claimed it was successfully deposited into my PayPal account, but—surprise, surprise—it never arrived. Instead of resolving the issue, Prinsloo subjected me to a slow-motion runaround that only confirmed their fraudulent business practices.

1. Broken Promises of 24/7 Customer Service
As a Level 4 VIP, I was supposedly entitled to round-the-clock customer support. In reality, it took days for them to even acknowledge my withdrawal issue. After dragging their feet, they concocted an absurd excuse:
“Due to the overwhelming number of withdrawals, PayPal couldn’t process yours.”

This is laughable. PayPal processes millions of transactions daily without issue. Instead, they claimed my $120 (now $108 after a shady 10% fee) would be refunded to my Apple Pay account.
Oh, and they threw in a random $31.50 refund for good measure—except none of this money ever appeared.
2. False Payment Confirmations and No Transaction Numbers
Even though the app continues to claim my funds were successfully sent, neither PayPal nor Apple Pay has any record of them. I repeatedly requested transaction numbers so I could track the payments myself—they refused to provide them.
If the money was truly sent, why withhold the transaction details? Because there was no real transaction to begin with.
3. A “Support” System That Doesn’t Even Function
After getting nowhere with their in-game support, I turned to their official website, fortunesoo.com. Three separate attempts to contact them—all returned error messages.
Two attempts in Safari. Error.
One attempt in Chrome. Error.
This is not an accident. This is a deliberate wall built to prevent players from reaching them once they realize they’ve been cheated.

Final Verdict: Avoid These Crooks at All Costs

Fortunesoo and Prinsloo are not legitimate game developers. They are operating what looks like an orchestrated scam, using flashy mobile games to trick players into believing they can win real money—only to ghost them when payouts are due.

• They lie about withdrawals.
• They fabricate excuses.
• They steal money under the guise of “fees.”
• They refuse to provide proof of transactions.
• Their customer support is a farce.
• Their website is intentionally broken.

Fortune Bubble and every other Prinsloo game should be pulled from the app stores immediately. Until that happens, the best advice? Stay away, report them, and warn others.

Bigo Royale game doesn’t pay out real winnings. I was sent a PayPal transaction saying payment made but the funds were never transferred. Don’t waste your time or money
