I’ve had such an amazing experience at Forza Skin Clinic in Solihull! I’m currently having Pico laser treatment to remove two small tattoos, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with how everything has gone so far.

A lady called Anna has been absolutely incredible from the start – she’s so knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely makes you feel completely at ease. She talks you through every step of the process, answers all my silly questions, and makes sure you’re comfortable throughout the treatment. You can tell she really cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. She even gave me stress balls and they was PINK! Haha

I’ve just finished 6 sessions of tattoo removal with Lauren & Anna and this was a very good experience. As someone who is ND with disabilities both were extremely kind, patient and willing to do what was needed to make me feel comfortable. The clinic is exceptionally clean and tidy, they both explained the procedures and I will be back for some more to finish off the removal.

I am having laser tattoo removal with Laura at Forza Private Clinic Birmingham (two leg sleeves, a large stomach and rib tattoo). The professionalism and honesty in consultation with Forza is unique. In this situation it can be easy to seek out less ethical practices who make guarantees and tell you exactly what they KNOW you want to hear (I have experienced this at other places before I consulted with Forza).
I went with Forza because they gave me a proper assessment of my situation without false promises. Leaving I felt hopeful for the first time that I would receive a service that would provide optimal results FOR ME (results will vary person to person as they explain in consultation). Being fully informed on aftercare and how to maximise my results enabled me to trust the process.
The communication style I have with Laura gives me the confidence to be able to ask questions as and when I may need to throughout each stage of the process. To feel comfortable in a process that can feel revealing / vulnerable is extremely important for me.
This journey has also coincided with a close family members illness and passing. Laura acted as a friend to me when I would come in for my appointments, genuinely asking after me and my family. Laura to the core is a professional and her level of knowledge is beyond that of anywhere else I have been. Above all however she is a kind person who strives for the best outcomes at all times for her clients in every respect.

My results so far have been better than I could have expected, given how dark and extensive my tattoos were. Everyone who I have shown my results to have been totally shocked. No scaring, no reactions, proper aftercare and assessment of changes in medical history before each session. In just a few appointments some areas are hardly visible at all and the blue no longer visible. I couldn’t be happier with my progress, because the tattoos had become such a slight to my confidence. I would be completely covered at all times, my legs not having seen the light of day for years! I’m now reaching my goals with quicker and better outcomes than I could’ve hoped for.

I have had allot of help with my acne following my initial skin consultation with Forza. There is no hard sell. No force to buy anything. No being pushed into unnecessary treatments that wouldn’t be effective for me. With Forza you do not get an umbrella service, everything is tailored towards your specific needs. The knowledge I have gained has allowed me to create a whole new routine which is perfect for my skin type (combination, acne prone, fluctuating eczema/irritated skin). When my skin flares up with acne I use a range of Obagi products. I always purchase with Forza so that I can source safe and legitimate products. I have myself in the past fallen fowl of fakes that I purchased online from ‘American companies’ before I started with Forza.

The team at Forza are all welcoming and genuinely lovely. They get to know you and your hot drink order.
