I will give a 5 star because I'm happy with the overall experience. I came for a hydra facial a few years ago and I was sooo happy, the result was wow, my face was so glowy after, just like after a good hydra facial. I don't know if you have changed something, but I wasn't that happy on my last 2 visits. I had one done last week and I can definitely say it wasn't the same, my face wasn't glowy at all not even on the day. I don't know if you're using different products or what it is... I just feel it wasn't like before. And other people have mentioned this as well when they saw me.

I’ve recently started a course of Pico…
I’ve recently started a course of Pico laser sessions and I’m really excited about the results. The experience so far has been thorough, professional, and comfortable. Anna has been a wonderful practitioner from our first consultation which was an in-depth/ detailed, hour-long session where she carefully explained my skin concerns to the recommended treatments, what results to expect, and even suggested products to help enhance the outcome. The clinic itself is spotless, and the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming.

I have recently started PicoSure laser treatment for pigmentation and overall skin rejuvenation. Anna is experienced, open and explained the process in detail. I’ve only had one session however I feel that I’ve definitely chosen the right clinic and practitioner to manage the treatment for me, after hearing others’ positive experiences and recommendations.

Great results
I had my first consulting back in June 2025 and started my treatment then. They keep in contact regularly enough to see how I've been getting on with the products and take updated pictures on each appointment which really shows you the progress. My results from the treatment have been great so far and I'll likely book other services in the future. The staff are wonderful, the receptionists ask if you'd like a beverage upon arrival, the practitioners are friendly and professional. I'd definitely recommend them to all.

I have started my tattoo removal process at forza clinic, everyone who works there is very friendly and welcoming. The tattoo removal was quick and Anna made me feel relaxed even though i was scared, so far i’ve had no blisters or scaring at all and i have had noticeable results after just one session. I would definitely recommend

Had my facial treatment…
Had my facial done by Nicola she made me feel so relaxed this was my 3rd facial and I just brought another 3 as a package. Every time I come for pico laser I get my facial done. Nicola was so gentle and my face, she made me feel at ease. The room was lovely and warm and Nicola ensured I was comfortable throughout. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and did their upmost to correct a miss communication with the booking system which was out of their control. The clinic was very clean and I was kept well informed and check on throughout the treatment.

I’ve been coming to Forza for 4-5 years…
I’ve been coming to Forza for 4-5 years now. Always have a great experience. I’m continuing with a course of mesopeels for back hyperpigmentation post severe acne throughout my teens and 20s. It’s slowly lightening the marks. It’s a treatment to be patient with, but the one I’ve most effective rather than looking for a quick fix. Anna who completes my peels is lovely, professional and always does an amazing job. Thank you!
