My delivery came on two consecutive days which was inconvenient. Updates via the App were not particularly informative, I had no idea who the carrier was until Royal Mail informed me. On the positive items were packed well and in packs although labelled Heavy were just about manageable

Confirmed replacement part compatible, prompt delivery. Softener now working again.

I have had an excellent experience with fountain. The staff went above and beyond I had ordered the wrong length of pipes on Amazon but they were able to provide the correct pipe length and take additional money seamlessly. Parts arrived next day.

Very happy with Fountain and the Harvey Crown, having purchased and fitted one 14 years ago in my previous house. So when fitted softener needed replacing after 10 years went back for another Crown. As an experienced amateur plumber easily fitted in the new one, only problem was my lack of knowledge of push fit. The drain connection appeared to be 10mm but on using a 10 mm plastic pipe it leaked…
Eventually worked out it was 9.5mm , then fit was perfect! Having re read the instructions it does say 3/8 inch so confusion between metric and imperial…

Easy ordering process and quick delivery. Have always found the products to be of good quality.

Packages arrived at the correct day and time, however one of the boxes was ripped and practically falling apart - as this was a very heavy box, it made it very hard to manoeuvre .

I ordered the following item from your company:- A pressure reducing valve PRV15.



The Engineer attending our existing softener condemned it, being over 30 years old and obsolete.

The valve we had ordered was now not required and was returned 23/06/2025 by Royal Mail,Tracked 48.

I have since contacted by phone and was advised that a refund was approved and awaiting your accounts department.

My order number was 98584,account WOR040.

I was advised that the refund would be on the card I placed the order with,to date no sign of any payment.

Please can you action this refund.

Excellent Company to deal with good aftersales assistance. During commissioning i spoke to Mike who confirmed that all settings made to C15 Eco softener were correct, which was very helpful.

Order wasn't delivered for some unknown reason but after contacting the company, the problem was quickly resolved and the order delivered the day after.

The water softener is great, and the technical support was excellent throughout the buying and installation process. The faulty tap I returned has since been fully refunded.

Good price but slow delivery. Quality fittings and salt included so worth waiting for.

A very acceptable conversation ensued when I contacted Fountain about a replacement water softener that resulted in the offer of a 5% discount, which I accepted. The advertised dispatch in 2-3 days did not materialise (otherwise I would have given 5 stars) and I needed to chase after a week to be told the unit would be dispatched that day, which it was. It arrived very quickly via the courier and I have successfully fitted it in place of our old one.

A quality tap, delivered quickly. The braided pipes supplied are to fit 3/8 inch bsp connection, I need the more regular 1/2 inch bsp size. Pipes on order

Harvey block salt is consistently very good. Always free of impurities. Processing my order was not so smooth this time. I gave three possible dates which the sales staff said would be ok. I was told that I would be informed of which delivery date. I rang when the three dates passed and was told there was a pallet problem. A further date was agreed and I was told that the driver would phone me when on way. I didn't receive a call but the salt did come on the day stated. It's good that Fountain Softeners are retaining telephone access, unlike some on-line companies but it would have been nice to receive updates by phone or e-mail. I would, however, use them again.

I think the Company needs to "get organised" as in better info to customers instead of customers not hearing about their order for weeks! Nobody seemed to know what was happening with my order. Eventually it arrived after a few phone calls.

Ordered hoses online, wonderful customer service. Chloe and James have been fantastic. I recommend buying from them.

The water filter was delivered a few days after ordering. It was easy to fit and made the water really nice to drink. I do think that the filter is quite expensive for what it is.
