What the bloody hells happened to your brilliant tools section I'm in need of a trapping hammer where can I find one of these if you no longer sale them please please answer this if you can help

Brilliant. Arrived the next day and when j emailed with a quiery and John got straight back to me and was extremely helpful. The best service I could have hoped for.

I purchased a procull squirrel trap in July 2023 which until this week had worked brilliantly.

I had an unexpected and unusual issue with it so contacted John who just took total ownership of my issue right through to the replacement part arriving today- it is such a pleasure to find a company who value customer care and service so highly, I will be telling anyone I can about Fourteenacre because of just how good they are.

Quick delivery, great service / advice. Bought a Procull Squirrel Trap. Excellent product. Caught the squirrel that was feeding on my allotment. Had been after it for a few weeks, this trap caught it within a couple of hours, well pleased. Would definitely use this company again.

Bought the Procull trap for Squirrels. Was delivered soon after the Bank Holiday, which was very good as I ordered during the Bank Holiday. I am inundated with Grey Squirrels and they are devasting my Cherry Tree. Tried one or two things but nothing worked. I reviewed this trap and it seemed to be the business. Was a little sceptical when it arrived as it was smaller than I expected, boy, how I was wrong. Five squirrels down in just over a day and still going. Just put in the bait, set and away you go, instant death. Made a slight modification by adding smaller gauge mesh on the sides and back to stop Magpies nicking the bait through the side panels. This must be the best £50 I have spent.

I have been using this this organization to purchase rat and squirrel traps and associated bits and pieces for few years. Never had any problems. When I had asked for an old invoice copy, they found it, sent it without if's and but's. Having bought a powerful squirrel trap, I became somewhat disorientated with set-up without breaking any fingers. Even though I asked for help but sorted the matter myself, Fourteenacre still responded with advice and assistance, putting time and effort into this customer when they could easily have ignored me. I have on other occasions spoken with them about regulations, conservation, animal welfare (humane killing) and they are passionate and serious about what they do. You will not be given 'sales' rubbish. Highly recommended, professional, friendly organization.
