DO NOT BUY FROM FOXLEIGH WATCHES. I purchased a watch for a family members birthday two weeks ago. I got a confirmation email straight after the purchase saying that they were getting the order ready and they would notify me when it would be shipped. Two weeks later and I have heard nothing. I have emailed them twice to ask where my order is and have not received any response. I am very disappointed. They have taken my money and have not done anything.

Wish I had read this before buying from here! I have bought from here before about 4 years ago with no issues so didn’t think anything of buying again. I bought a watch on 11/01 got an email confirming order and of course took my money! I have tried to get in contact with them numerous times on different platforms with no response. Emails bounce back as undeliverable. I don’t know where else to go to get either my watch or a refund.

Do not purchase from Foxleigh Watches. I purchased a watch online and a week later I had no watch and no communication from Foxleigh. Then, the Foxleigh website disappeared and emails bounced back. The bank advised that it was likely my debit card had been compromised and I had to get a new card. Within 24hrs of writing a scathing review of Foxleigh, I was notified by the courier that my watch was now in transit and arrived 11 days after ordering. I still haven't had any communication with Foxleigh watches.

Slow processing of my order & poor customer service Order not actioned until I emailled to querie and no responce to my email. 8 working days (Blenheim to Nelson ).A simple applogy goes a long way.
Ive purchased many times before.
Not looking to again.
Straps also wear quickly.

I have ordered a rose gold metal watch with a white dial. The delivery was reasonably quick. Quite satisfied with the metal finish on the watch as it was nothing different from what I saw on the website as I was a little worried about it at first. I really love the design and he it looks on my hand. So for I am happy with the purchase. However, I wish there was a means to adjust the length myself just like the provision to easily change the straps, so it fits right to my wrist circumference. Overall it is not an issue and I feel like I've spend on a good deal.

Foxleigh offers impeccable service for an outstanding product. I managed to order a gold rather than rose gold strap to match my watch. They noticed my new order didn't match the previous placed almost a year ago and politely checked to see if there was an error...which there was. I was very grateful that they avoided me having to switch them over

I have 2 Foxleigh watches and bought one for my Sister. We both love them. Good quality leather straps and very stylish looking.

My experience was great, very easy to navigate the website and very speedy arrival, free delivery is an absolute bonus!
