If youre looking for a broken watch. Buy it from these idiots. I can guarantee you that your watch will be broken 100% when you receive it. 100% do not recommend to buy a watch from these scammers. Read all the reviews here and make your decision. My advice - do not buy from these people. You will be disappointed.

I got a watch, it came broken, I fixed it and I sent the receipt to them, they gave me a credit on his company to buy something else. After 2 days the watch was broken again and they never reply my emails. Really bad company as you can see here their reviews

BEWARE COUNTERFEIT! - Purchased a Nixon 51-30 and was confirmed by the Nixon brand that is was counterfeit and would not be honoured under the brands warranty - Do not purchase from this site!!!

I ordered a watch from this company last Monday and it arrived yesterday, exactly one week after purchase as everything I was expecting ☺️ I must admit, the company is listed as being based in Auckland and when I saw the watch was being sent from Dubai I became skeptical and began reading reviews which did not ease my mind at all. It looks good, brand new, and seems to be in good working order. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase as well as the timeliness of delivery. Got a great deal ☺️

Giving these people a 1 star rating just feels wrong because they dont even deserve a 1.
Absolute horrible customer service.
These guys are basically robing people of their hard earned money.
Bought a $700 dollar watch and 3 months later the stem falls out.
All they have to say is sorry its not a warranty issue.
SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

I would not give them any stars to be honest. I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. Watch Shipped from dubai. Had scratches and looked used. It arrived with dead batteries. I emailed them and they said I can battery replaced and they will reimburse it. But once I sent them receipt, they said we give you store credit which you can use toward purchasing another watch. These were just lies as they never intended to give store credit also. I cut my losses and move forward. DONT PURCHASE FROM THEM! Watches aren't new and don't look so nice as shown on website as it arrive in used and worn condition.

I Purchased a Michael Kors Watch from the Watches Men & Co. On the first day I wore it, the watch fell off my wrist on to a concrete floor in a Shop in Auckland. It appears the pin holding the wrist strap together fell out. I was unable to find the pin. After emailing The Watches Men & Co I was told to go to a jeweller to get the broken watch fixed at my cost as that the watch would not be covered by Warranty. This is unacceptable. Do not buy anything from The Watches Men & Co and it's inferior product and a waste of money.

Absolutely fuming, ordered through the afterpay app, said its in NZ but came from Dubai ordered what i believed was a guess watch on sale. Doesnt work and its fake

We ordered a watch before Christmas. This business is not based in New Zealand. The watch came from Dubai. It took a long time and by the time we received the watch the case was broken when we received it. Overall not a great experience.

I would not recommend these guys to anyone. Been having a hard time dealing with them to sort out my watch i bought online which doesnt work properly. First they told me to take it to a shop then found out from shop the watch is worn out and to go back to them when I told them they said i had to post it to their po box address here in NZ and postage fees comes out of my own pocket how ridiculous and cant even get an answer when trying calling. Dont waste money on these guys

I bought watch on clearance. Unfortunately it was dirty , as in grime on dials, and not working at all.
Contacted via email. Email response told me to check description and read that it had been 'gently worn '. Ok I can kind of live with that even though I thought I was purchasing a new watch but it's not working. Was told send it back before selecting replacement and I needed to pay $35 restock fee. The watch I want is no longer in stock but sent it back this morning. Hand written note inside and also emailed them again with tracking number. Not impressed at all. The after sale service is BAD.
Was a Xmas present for my husband.
He collects watches. Will.not be purchasing from them again.
And will not be paying the $35 fee they're asking for

Placed an order with the company poor communication that order wasn't available. Received an email saying orders canceled and that refund has been sent. Have attempted whatsapp, email and website communication and gained no response. Poor company that appears to be a scam website. If could rank less than 1 star I would. 10/10 don't recommend this company or any of their subsidiaries.

Customer service could be improved, I feel a 3 star rating may be within occupied measure. The products I purchased is what I asked for, am happy with and not of issue to me at this time. There was difficulty in receiving the parcel as it was mentioned to be upon missed delivered to a consignee in Auckland, upon investigation was actually within the city I live, at the NZ post depot. If this happens please enquire with DHL to ensure reasoning, if this is the service within regard.

Very poor service, not replying on WhatsApp, emails. Many times emails to them. I ordered watch, request to change the different watch. Unresponsive. Bloody service just making the money

BEWARE!!!! Goods arrived damaged! Attempted to contact via WhatsApp, email x3 and Facebook and no one replies! Pay the extra and buy from a reputable company!!

7 days after ordering my watch the tracking number I was sent says it’s sitting in DUBAI!?
I ordered on a Thursday morning and requested Saturday express delivery as it was apparently in stock in Auckland.
Not a great experience

Tracking number not working no replies to emails makes me wonder if site is legit I hope I didn't get scammed. That's why I hate buying from new sites online..
