Fraction really helped my clients as they did not qualify to access money to help them

Fraction or Reverse morthgsges can pose unique challenges. Like any "alernative" approach, it is important to spend much time and have answers returned quickly. Both Daniel and Larry did just that. The in house Lawyer program was very helpful. Whether it be good rates, clients that are not over 55 or whatever, the experience I had with the most recent clients, the Benders was a positive one. I will use Fraction again if the appropriate situation comes my way. Rick Brushett

My experience in march of 2022 when i was accepted was excellent with representative and lawyers that we used.

I think i have filled one out after all paper work was done for my fraction reverse mortgage.

The only issue was funding time and I believe that the big issue relating to that is the lawyers that Fraction uses- terrible service and lack of knowledge.

Overall my experience using Fraction was positive. I was always treated with respect, and the guidelines and requirements were set out in a logical and chronological way. The one area where I deducted marks was on the difficulty of contacting my representatives in an immediate fashion. Occasionally I was told to book a time on the meeting planner, when I needed an immediate response. I have been able to pay down ALL my existing debts = Peace of Mind. Another bonus was that my current financial institution increased my line of credit substantially - but I’ll not use it except in a dire emergency. Free from compounding interest rates and monthly mortgage payments, I feel a real weight has been lifted from my shoulders. Thank you Fraction!

We were very pleased with Fractions. We were looking for a reverse mortgage but told we didn't qualify. Fractions is the same idea but has better options. We were explained everything thoroughly and could easily contact them when we had questions. We were always treated with respect. Completely satisfied!!!

The Ingram Mortgage Team in Surrey, BC was fabulous to deal with while introducing the Fraction mortgage product to us and preparing the documents. It is a wonderful concept for people to enjoy the equity in their home without payments and retain ownership. The Fraction website explains the product and process very well and they answer any additional questions. We are very pleased with the whole experience and would recommend Fraction.

Fraction is a great, no-hassle way to tap your home's equity when you need cash quickly for home repairs/improvement, consolidate credit debt, etc. Perfect for a short term break from monthly mortgage payments if you expect your financial situation to change in the next 5 years. They didn't require massive amounts of documentation and I didn't feel raked over the coals like when I've applied for mortgages before.

It was very simple and straight forward. The only stressful part was getting the documents required but that’s typical for any type of lending.
Being able to use the equity in my home and not having the financial strain has lessened the stress I was going through. Being able to rebuild my credit.

A little scary that after reviewing the file 100% to get last minute questions after we removed the subject (this file was a purchase with a very nervous client)
