I ordered 2 by mistake, emailed them after 1 minute of purchase, received an answer 2 days later saying " too late for refunds" and then NOTHING its been 2 weeks 0 communication. FRAUD COMPANY i will go to police today.

Well i guess im not the only one had a really worst experience with this company as ive read through the reviews here in the trustpilot. Same as what others experienced, i accidentally ordered the 4 pairs of gold ice globe and you dont have any chance to correct your orders in their website. Quickly emailed them asking to modify on the same night. After a day,i got a response that it is already too late as my order is already packed and ready to be shipped. 3 days after requesting to modify my order, surprisingly got an email from them that they are proccesing my order. Last dec. 27, they emailed me that my orders is on its way. After 2 weeks, i received two packages(thinking that it was all of it as they didnt indicate how many package they have sent) and decided to return it and didnt bother to open it. Customers are shouldering the shipping fee when ordering but if you also want to return the items, you are also going to pay for the shipping fee to Lithuania. And that's what i did. Unlucky for me, they are full of surprises as i received another package last thursday. Since i wasnt expecting it and already confused, i opened it. lo and behold, its the 2 pairs of gold ice globe. So again, i paid another pricey shipping fee to Lithuania. Sent it yesterday. Im expecting them to give me the full refund and definitely wont going to recommend this company.
Further update: i received the full refund last january. Today, i receivef a "gift" from them. Anyhow, still i spent more money(385 dkk=54,57$) because customers will shoulder the return delivery to Lithuania. Lesson learned.

They charged and sent me 4 globes when I ordered 1. They will only give you 85% back for a “restocking fee” and won’t pay for shipping to Lithuania for RMA. Scam company.

UPDATE March 2023 - I was contacted by phone by Jane from Customer Care who was very polite and helpful. Jane organized for a full refund from Fraicheur and I think this is fair and reasonable. She explained that Fraicheur was committed to reaching a resolution and aims to ensure customers have a positive shopping experience. It may have taken a while, but Fraicheur made an effort and I do like the product.

I clicked on ONE and I was charged for FOUR.
I sent an email IMMEDIATELY explaining there was a mistake and I was told it had already been processed (it was less than 5 minutes, so absolutely impossible) and that I would have to mail back the other three (at my expense) and then get a refund. Tricking people into purchasing more products than they want is a sneaky, underhanded unethical way of doing business and I will never order from Fraicheur again, or recommend this product.
I received a reply from Fraicheur apologizing for "inconvenience caused by this issue". I responded with additional information they requested and still no action from Fraicheur 10 days later.
5 February and I still haven't had a reply from Fraicheur. Dreadful company. No help from Customer Service at all.

I learned my $154,52 + tax lesson!
I thought I bought 4 pairs of blue globes , but after buying I see I have bought 4 extra gold globes , I apparently buy mistake added 4 extra.
After ½ hour I noticed my mistake, and asks for a cancellation for the 4 gold globes because I thought that 8 globes was a bit extravagant for my face , it took 2 days to answer back , 2 days is just enough to pack and ship my order even though I have not received any shipping confirmation as I write this.
I just asked for a cancellation for my whole order, but guess it will take days before getting back to me in which they already been shipped , oh I so hate when it happens !!
But I will eat this , it was my mistake but I will definitely warn my readers/followers on all my plat forms not to buy from this site , but buy it from another website, even when they say they have sold out and in high demand there are loads to find on various beauty website, maybe just by another brand.
And no I will not take - no partial refund on the total for 20% or a detox or cookbook pdf for sending my 8 globes back for my own money , I’m not that kind of stupid.
This is awful experience and $154,52 expensive learning lesson , so all I can say thanks for freezing my face for weeks with no end with 8 globes .

I previously had doubts whether this was a legitimate company, however I received my order today in good condition and in good time, without having to pay extra customs charges. Their customer reputation representative was also very polite and fast to respond to my queries.
However I will read the small print in the terms and conditions of ordering from other European Countries in future regarding possible extra customs charges due to UK not being part of Europe.
Obviously this is not the fault of any European company, however the possible charges should be made more transparent to the customer, which is the only reason, I'm not making this 5 stars.

Ordered two pairs of ice globes on the 28/11/22 dispatched the following day and have had no other updates of any movement in 2 weeks. Contacted them by email and was told they are on their way will take a month which wasn’t the stated timescale when ordering. These were Christmas presents which I thought would make a nice gift, unfortunately it doesn’t look they will arrive on time and I haven’t anything left to replace them. Also receive numerous emails every day about special offers and unbelievable deals get them before they’re gone types, I’d rather just have what I paid for……. EDIT…… received a reply as seen gave them my details that they asked for and now no more response. These replies are just not look like they are willing to sort the delivery issues out. I have contacted them again through the site and no response there either. I would advise no one to order from this company they are taking money and then having no interest in the product they have sold. Now 15 days of tracking not moved at all ….EDIT… was contacted offered 30% discount refund on my order which was a nice gesture although I’d rather of had the product. Was told to let them know if I wanted it though which seems strange, was told that it’s been busy basically and was down to strike in the uk which isn’t true, as Royal Mail have delivered other item the issue isn’t Royal Mail or strikes as the items haven’t updated from Germany in 18 days now and I was able to order from Amazon two days ago and to be received today. This isn’t a Royal Mail issue it’s this company as seen in other reviews they are taking peoples money and not worried about how if and when the get what they have paid for. Do not order from this company

I ordered two sets of ice globes & some gua massagers on 25/11/22 & paid just shy of £98. Fracheur terms say 1-2 days processing & 8-12 days delivery to UK. It is now 7/12/22 (12 days since my order) & when I track the order it says it is still at the packaging stage. I have now sent 4 emails but so far had no response. I am so disappointed as I already have a set & wanted these as gifts for relatives. I am now worried this is some kind of a scam. If I do not hear anything from my latest email I am going to raise a dispute with my bank.
