I had never heard of Freaklizard before but the price of the scorpion full system for my scooter was very good, I ordered it, on the order page it stated the item would take at least 10 days to ship, I was in no hurry so was willing to wait, I received an email from Liam asking if I had read the terms and that the order would not be shipped for 10 day's he said he could refund me if I didn't want to wait. I replied and said I had read the terms and was willing to wait, the order shipped much sooner I ordered on 13/4/26 and recieved my exhaust today 15/4/26, great customer service, and a very happy customer here. the exhaust was fitted two and a half hours after receiving it, thanks so much. will use you again for sure.

I placed an order which unfortunately through no fault of the guys at Lizard could not be fulfilled. They were unaware that the Scorpion system I had ordered was on back order. As soon as the guys realised they sent me an email detailing the expected time frame and with an offer to refund. The transparency and honesty displayed by the team showed excellent customer service. Found me an exhaust for my rsv4 in a fraction of the time and similar price to every other supplier. Great communication and all round nice guys to deal with. Can have a chat and a giggle on the phone with them. Great company to use

Their communication was top grade. They even asked for some photos to ensure the correct ones were sent.

Ordered from Freaklizard Ltd..Firstly, the items were sent promptly, and the communications with Liam was absolutely brilliant. Unfortunately the items I ordered, had to be sent back due to the sale of the bike not going ahead, and this was not an issue for Freaklizard what so ever, they took the parts back no questioned asked. Placed an order yesterday morning, quickly received an email from Liam apologising as item not in stock in the colour I’d ordered. He offered other options and was very helpful. Item arrived this morning. A 5 star ⭐️ company and will use again.

I had a small problem with the parts Freak Lizard sent me. I was in no rush so I contacted them by email and had a response that day. When we had identified the issue, FL dispatched a replacement set of parts that day and got them the day after. The person I dealt with was brilliant and wanted to get the issue sorted as fast as possible. Excellent service and I will use FL again as well as recommend to my biker pals.

Amazing customer service. Ordered a set of Samco hoses and clips but hadn’t received for a while so called and they sent another set straight away as believe original order list in post.

Phoned up monday morning for a super soco tc max rear plate and lights tidy was told out of stock but they'll see what they could do and they'll ring back in 10 mins. Rear tidy was at my door thursday. GREAT SERVICE.

Asked advice on an scorpion exhaust I was about to order, they told me not too! That's because they said if I wait 24hours they were putting a flash sale on, Wow I save 20%.
The exhaust was on back order, this was explained right at the start, I was given a date for delivery. I contacted them during the wait just to see if it was going to arrive on time, I always had a speedy reply. My exhaust dead on time and I'm so happy with the exhaust and my customer experience. Well done Freaklizard for keeping you're word!!

I Ordered a part for my motorcycle from Freaklizard and they got right back to me asking additional questions to confirm fitment. It ends up the part would not work for my bike, they let me know right away and provided me the correct part# even though they 1) Could not provide the part and 2) Were not making a sale they still took the extra step just to help me out and point me in the right direction rather than take my money and let me figure it all out on my own. Very few online vendors do things like this anymore so Thank You FreakLizard, you earned a loyal customer today!
