Update 31.08.2024: it is not true they did offer the option to return the earrings for a full refund. They said I would have first to pay the costs for sending them back by myself (which is more than the earrings cost). They still offer the earring with gold crinkles in their shop, but in reality the earrings are made without the gold crinkles (is not a thing with the natural stone because the gold crinkles should be applied to the earrings).

Unfortunately, the earrings do not correspond to the picture in the sales advert. In particular, the gold cracks are not applied to the earrings except for a few millimetres around the edge. There are only cracks with a brownish colour - a pity.

Update: the custom service is also bad - they only say, that „all stone look like this“. That the earrings look obviously different from the picture in the shop and are just not worked finished (with the applied gold crinkles on it like the picture in the shop) is ignored. It seems like scam …

I ordered two pairs of the teardrop earrings, about 3 months after ordering a lovely wrap bracelet. I adore ALL 3 of my purchases. Great Quality, gorgeous stones! The earrings are lighter than I expected, which is good. These are stunning, fetching me lots of compliments!

The two bands I purchased were even more beautiful than expected. Truly unique pieces made perfectly. I love my new Apple watch bands, they turn my watch into a beautiful piece of jewelry. I will certainly get more colors and different designs!

I love this bracelet. This is my first purchase from Free Spirit. It’s very stylish, super comfortable and the perfect size. Colors of the gemstones are very vibrant. I was worried about the shipping turn around but it was actually very quick to receive my order.

What a sad experience so far; I've never received the item I ordered and the tracking devices don't work. What a scam.

The piece I ordered arrived 3 weeks later, no information about the delay of the delivery. The jewelry was fabricated in China, that's the reason for the delay. Actually, the piece is very beautiful, and pretty as it was described in the advertisement

Product very attractive however after only a few weeks of wearing it has started to unravel, the cord used to make these bracelets is obviously below par I lost several crystals from the bracelet and I have now stopped wearing it as it falling apart. NOT worth the money they charge, better off going to a supplier who uses materials that last.
I have just received a response from this supplier and they have said I have purchased more than once. This is a lie. I have only purchased the one bracelet and certainly wouldn't purchase from this company EVER again.

Utter rubbish ! The items are cheap and nasty - not at all what you should expect for the price. They take forever to arrive (as come from China). They will only give a store credit for returns. They have sent me the wrong item, but refuse to admit it. I can return (at my expense) and wait for a credit, but I can't think of anything I would want from this awful company. The photos where clearly done in very good lighting and in a clever way as the actual products are nothing like the quality from the photos. The bracelet I received feels like it would fall apart at the slightest pull. Get better quality from Wish !!!. Do not order from them.

I am happy with the four necklaces I bought. They look lovely and make me feel happy.

I bought 3 items from Free Spirit but when I received them, I only got two (which were the bracelets). I had ordered a pair of pyrite and labradorite earrings. I emailed their customer service and they immediately replied saying that the earrings were arriving. True enough they arrived a week later.

I'm giving them 4.8 stars because the earrings arrived late. However, the items were of good quality, really loved them!

Ok, listen up, those that know me, know I say it as it is. The earrings are absoultely beautiful. The craftmanship and the skill that has gone into the making, leaves me feeling how little I know. I have no hesitations in highly, recommending you Free Spirit for your purchases. The company was quick to deliver the item and the item exceeded my expectations. Complete scam!

I bought this supposedly “natural” turquoise necklace priced at $33 Canadian dollars and found the exact same at Aliexpress for $7.16! They didn’t even bother change the model photo, it is exactly the same! My order is in transit but i want to return as soon as i get it and refund!

Ordered on April 15th (or earlier) and still have not received my order. Tracking number is Chinese and although Free Spirit Shop says its arrived in the USA ...
THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE IT IS OR WHY IT DOESN'T HAVE A U.S. TRACKING NUMBER. I no longer want the products, don't believe they will ever be delivered and asked for a refund. I was told to wait another 2 weeks. I'm thinking this place is not legit.

My bracelet took around 3 weeks to arrive. Its perfect I have to say, just like the online images. My main gripe, getting a detailed answer as to why tracking didn’t work and where it was being shipped from. Many emails back and forth, I was worried it was a scam but its not. I have ordered items myself from China and India quicker than this. I have no issue with it coming from China at all but if only they would say. Genuine crystal not plastic as a few indicated. My faith restored, I would buy from this company again.

I love the products HOWEVER the turnaround on the orders is slower than a snail on strike!!! One of the bracelets I ordered broke after 3 months of intermittent wearing. Very disappointing.

I bought Jasper mala beads and earrings, it is plastic not even a different type of crystal. The amethyst earrings I bought have the exact same markings as the photo in the ad so they must be carefully dyed to look "authentic". They were delivered from China, shoved inside bubble wrap, no signs that they came from Free Spirit. When I tried to return the products, the return address is in France (but the customer service number is in America)
Look carefully at their other reviews, some are clearly not authentic. The comments for Facebook are locked and you can't actually write a review on their website.
I did get my money back buy posting here and on Instagram that it's a scam. Finally I got a very polite email asking me to remove my post and in exchange they would give me a full refund. Now I have the refund I am posting again because I don't want others to go through what I went through.

Do not buy plastic beads from here!
These are fake! I already buy crystals from 2 suppliers and know how to test if these are genuine. I bought 2 crystal prayer bead bracelets from free-spirit-shop.com, one for £22 and the other £31 just received. When I put a gentle flame under the bead it leaves a burn mark AND you can see where the beads like plastic beads has a halfway mark where they were stuck together to make a ball.

Also, as the tracking informed this came from China therefore made in China. That’s says it all. What a rip off! I won’t even use it and will donate to charity.
