Excellent free service that helps generate a little extra business! 👍

I have been with FreeIndex for 7 years and they offer an incredible service. They offer a lot of features in the free plan and it's more than enough to collect reviews for your business.

The widget that you can embed on your website looks fantatic also and the ranking system works very well, especially when it displays your rank on the widget.

When I receive reviews it is also posted out onto social media automatically!

Overall I love FreeIndex and will carry on using them as my first choice review platform.

Trustworthy website full of true reviews unlike allot of other websites

Been using freeindex for my business since 2009.
I mention the site if a customer asks where they can rate my work. Seems to work best as I mention google and trustpilot at the same time.

I have been on Freeindex for several years. I think they are great. Any review that been posted, you have the right to reply. So you can put forward your side of the story. Praise or condemnation, you can thank the reviewer and learn from them. The only bad review I had actually made me more business as a result.
The site is easy to use and will deliver results, at the most basic level. They Managed have improved the site year on year making it better than before for linking social media.

Getting good quality leads from the Freeindex website, really pleased with the ease of use, setting up my page and being notified of new enquiries. The review system is also really easy for my new customers.

These guys,were my first ever place I went to, to make myself visible online,back in the early days,when I didn't even have a website! they are fab,I still use them now obviously,the main reason, being able to advertise online for free,include images of completed work & even get a review link,for reviews to be left & you can link your reviews to your website.
There is a pay for version,for more online presence,but this free version is fab enough,keep up the good work team.

The company I used was MVT Cleaners Run By Garry Mitchell.
I needed my garden fence painted.
I would 100% recommend this company and Garry Mitchell personally as he did the job himself .

He’s a conciencious worker who gives a decent realistic estimate and works non stop to do job to be proud off. He is courteous, friendly and honest with a real friendly personality and sense of humour.. A breath of fresh air I can assure you. I am so happy with my lovely fence now and will use his company for other jobs needing done.

Freeindex helps our business. They are a FREE to business service. People cant pay to be recommended, views expressed in reviews are impartial, customers trust it. Reading the negative comments on some of the other reviews makes me question their motives?

Useless website. Cant sign up and get my customers to write reviews without their stupid systems flagging up the review.

Wouldnt bother and if you're serious about your business I would remove your business from this website as it will be doing it more harm than good.

Stay Well clear.

Iv had a job Request for me to quote on a job but for some reason I can't login to my dashboard it is saying some raising the feeling

I've advertised on FreeIndex for around 10 years. I'm top of my category because I always ask my clients for reviews, and as a result I do well out of FreeIndex. Not only do I appear top of searches on FreeIndex for 'proofreader', but I can also show off all my reviews on my own website using their nice customisable widgets. It's a terrific FREE advertising service, much better than Yell, Yelp, Scoot or any other general directory (and unlike all of those, FreeIndex NEVER ring you and hassle you into taking out a paid listing). I wrote a review and they marked it as dodgy. It was for a website provider that I use that do a great job for me. I would never have gone self employed if it wasnt for the company. When I challenged the "dodgy" mark against my review (I can evidence that they do work for me with invoices" they came back with a pretty lame excuse and wouldnt correct it.

FreeIndex is a great place to find a customer for your company.
It's very useful and easy to go.

Recently added my company "SAGITARI UK - Web Design" and upgraded to Premium - service seems to be worth of this money.

Using Freeindex is a good way to get an organisation high in the search engines with little effort as Freeindex seems to have the knack.

There's a little bit of encouragement from them to use the paid-for service but we have found the free service easy to use and very effective. Perfect for a small club and it has generated many enquiries and links to your own website. The reviews sytem seems to be very good. Reviewers must register to leave a review and it is vetted. Also the internet address is logged to stop false reviews from the same address which is a nice touch.

The gadget to include in your own website has good customisable options and works very well, giving the small organisation creedence when viewed.

Very good site, easy to use, honest reviews, local to your area of you wish. Also we have had excellent support on the rare occasions it has been needed.

Being on Freeindex has helped us have an income to live on... recommended!
