It took longer than what I was told to recieve my unlock code and when I contacted support it took anther 24 hours for them to tell me sorry can't do it, oh and by the way it can take up to another 5 days to get your refund, why it didn't take 5 days to take it out of my account

A very bad experience. They sayd not possible to help me, but not returning my money back! Impossible to contact them, never answer to a lot of emails that J sent . For me a very great fake

I paid for FreeUnlocks to unlock my phone and recieved an email saying they were unable to unlock my phone. So I called my service provider and paid for them to unlock my phone. I later received an email from FreeUnlocks that my phone has been unlocked after they told me it was unable to be.

Turned in my request on October 27, did not get the code until November 1. I was told at check out 24 hour response. Voiced frustration on the 30th. I would not recommend this service.

Very good service i will recomended to all my friends, very good price compare to others unlockers, thank you for the good work and fast service, im very happy my phone now is unlock and i can used it with any carrier any where.

I ordered an unlock code for an emporia device, which I got within a few hours. Sadly it did not work, so I wrote a mail, that was declined (Mailbox full). Then I found a support form on their homepage and again told them about my problem. The only message I got were mails if I am satisfied, any answer would get direct to the not working mailbox...!

Finally I will have to to force my money back.

Waited several days for an unlock code and emailed them dozens of times without a reply. Only when I contacted paypal for a refund did I get a unlock code but at that point it was too late because I had already purchased another already unlocked phone. This company is a fraud and they are unresponsive and unreachable

I thought it was not good to pay without you having the ime for the phone then I had to go back in to send this code to you there was not a direct link had to key it in and didn't know where to go. As for the code it worked fine thank you

Excellent, fast, cheap

Difficult to trust a company that starts with the word free, then asks for $15, then asks for $75 with no assurances that it will work. At that price it would take 8-10 months before I would start saving any money. Better to just get a refund through PayPal and get a new phone.

So trusted , fast and easy

Took survey 2x but no unlock. In fact, it was stuck at Human Verification and cannot go further. Tried multiple times. Did not work for me at all. Wasted 15 to 20 minutes.

This is one of my best experiences. Freeunlocks is fast, cheep and secure. I had no trouble unlocking my phone, and the code was sent in just a few hours. If you guys would want to unlock your phone, this is the place to do it. LG Nexus 5X.

I done what it's asked me to do and I haven't received my code .just a waste of time .not happy at all

The code worked great. However, the waiting period and lack of Communication would not bring me back to this site. Hence the reason for my one (1) Star. Additionally, you are not told of the Long period of Seven (7) days and approximately 2 1/2 hours to receive your code. Would not recommend to anyone who does not have patience.

Fantastic service great support, easy to deal with.
Service was quick and efficient had my unlock code within 48 hours, will use again without hesitation.

I am grateful that i found this website, it has helped me a lot and saved me money.
Where I come from, we have mini shops that unlock phones for the public and they charge $80 plus to unlock our peoples phones, and I am very very grateful to have found FreeUnlocks... thank you so much, it was fast, easy and very effective....
