They weren't able to unlock my phone (which I bought on Ebay saying it was locked to AT&T), they said it wasn't paid off by the previous owner so it couldn't be unlocked without paying more. I believe them and sent the phone back to the seller. Free unlocks gave me my money back with an explanation of the situation within 2 days and responded to my emails. Doesn't seem scammy, but some phones will not be able to be unlocked if there's an outstanding balance on the device itself, etc.

FreeUnlocks did unlock my Xfinity Moto…
FreeUnlocks did unlock my Xfinity Moto Stylus 5G 2023, (XT2315-1) via code. One time fee, on second attempt entering the code. I tried to get the carrier to unlock my phone for a year. They said we"ll send you a code they never did. 9 times, Xfinity lied to me over and over.
Free unlocks did it in 5 minutes. I highly recommend if you have a moto with unlocking code. These guys did great. Well worth the price. Would use again. Thanks so much.

Recommended, good service overall
Could be a little cheaper especially for older phones and it also took 8 business days unitl I got the code but it was in the given time-frame.
Nevertheless very good service overall, also very fast and friendly customer support too.
I will definitely come back to them if I ever need to unlock a phone again.

I was skeptical at first after reading reviews but I went ahead getting my S21 plus unlocked and I received my code within 2hours..
The code actually worked and my phone is network unlocked....

Simpy Amazing.. Amazing CHEAP
Some one gifted me a phone an s22 ultra.. i was happy to receive it only to discover it was career locked. I had only two options, 1 - settle with a 6 inch multimedia device with no GSM coverage in my country. 2 find a way out. I searched online to find prices that didnt attract me until i saw some reviews of freeunlocks. Skeptical at first i ordered an unlock and a few days later i am typing this review on the same phone. I couldnt believe it was possible yet they made it happen.

Remarkable Service
I was having billing issues with Spectrum and decided
to go elsewhere. They we charging me for minutes
that I did not occur. I called them to get the
porting # and they never told me that I had to keep
the phone active thru them for 60 days b4 transferring the phone #. Calling them to get the unlock # was a futile effort. YOU CAME THRU.

I went through their information collection and did not receive any unlock code???? BUT.... it did ask for money so how is that "FREE"? DO NOT trust any business/website that starts off by lying to you. BE VERY CAUTIOUS to whom you give your credit card or debit card information to.
