Bad sirvice you can't unlocke my fone.

i needed this fast they said under an hr now 3 hrs later i have to drive 300 miles with no gps!----their phone is fake the support email they have on paypal does not exist------i say scam!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I made a purchase, but the code did not work to unlock.
I sent an email with help but no one answered

It worked! I am so thrilled about it. Bought a brand new Telstra locked phone on special for my mum and thought a Belong sim would work but no, it wouldn't. Was going to cost $80 from Telstra so I tried freeunlocks first. It took 2 days to receive the code but IT WORKED! Recommend u try them.

The Unlock didn't work for me. I appreciate the effort they put in to include instructions, but they weren't useful for the phone I have. Hopefully I can get a refund.

I don't know if it's a scam or not, I just know I paid and never received a code, never received a reply. It's going on 4 days now and I've emailed several times.

Process easy to understand and straight forward. Cost me 8 dollars or so and took about 5 or so hours to unlock my samsung s7

Absolutely a regrettable transaction. I had to wait 9 days & they refused to cancel my order & refund me. Shame

Customer support was helpful and a FULL REFUND was returned without an issue when my phone failed to get unlocked. Any honest company that returns my money for a failed promised is trust worthy .

Could not unlock my iPhone 7plus or 6s plus I really thought they could according to there site and my IMEI s are clean as well and still couldn’t but I will keep looking and wasting money

Took my money didn't unlock phone. Told to contact them. They don't supply any contact information except for their email which they never responded. So much for their guarantee.I believe this place is a scam.

They did not unlocked my phone. I tried contact customer service and they answered saying they would solve the issue but then ignored me and stole my money. Do not use it. Is a scam

The unlock code was correct but without instructions on how to use it. I found several examples on You Tube but each of those also had areas of incorrect data which can play havoc with the amount of tries one gets to unlock ones phone. Experience is a great teacher, study all your phone information, get step by step unlocking instructions from your carrier or the phone manufacturer then utilize FreeUnlocks to obtain a code and or compare a code from the carrier or manufacturer. The code provided by FreeUnlocks was worth the price i paid for it even though i only used it for comparison. I will recommend FreeUnlocks service but advise you to do a process research first.

I would have given 5 stars but for your support staff not responding to my query for 4 days when your policy clearly stated response within 24 hours. However the actual unlock code took minutes after I was able to locate my PRD information.

I never received replies to my question submitted both via the website and by email. Still no reply 4 days later. Eventually sorted it myself and the code worked ok. Not sure I'd recommend them though because of the total lack of response.
