Why do you call the website freeunlocks when it's not free 🤦‍♂️

Was suppose to take up to 48 hours but due to holidays the manufacturer took for ever to get back to them. Though it wasn't their fault I had a full refund and they still preformed the unlock. Customer service was awesome and very responsive. All n all even with the hiccup it was a 5 star experience thx to Customer service

I requested an unlock code from FreeUnlocks and paid the fee using PayPal. I contacted FreeUnlocks after the provided deadline had passed and asked about the progress of my order. Within moments I received a response from Oliver advising that there were some delays. Upon following up a second time that evening, Oliver advised that I should check back with him the following Monday and if they hadn't received the code, he would be glad to offer me a refund and still provide the code when it arrived as a gesture of good will.

I followed up tonight 23DEC as the phone was meant to be a Christmas present, Oliver promptly refunded my payment without me even requesting it and again reiterated that once the code is received I will be advised the details. Paypal immediately notified me of the refund.

It worked perfectly. Spent 5 days searching how to get my MCK code. They complained it within 12 hrs. Att was no help !

Total rip-off, it offers to unlock iPhone 11 MAX Pro for $189.99 while I can unlock it on network for £8.99!

Worked out great for me! Code was delivered on time, instructions were clear and the help desk was quick to respond to my questions.

Complete scam. Phone not unlocked. Can’t contact them. No refunds. Be aware. Stay away from them.

Their email address doesn't exist. No communication whatsoever. No way you can get your money back.

Thid place stole my money and infected my phone with virus that steals all your info and passwords. Total scam and someone might have sent them their virus and modified it to help fix their scam for good. Trust ME DO NOT GO TO THEIR SITE

I would never trust anyone with deceptive name like freeunlocks when they are not free

I struggled with unlocking my brothers phone for him so he could change service providers. I found FreeUnlocks and was guided through the procedure and it was so very simple.
