I was not able to use the unlock code you provided. I have an HTC Desire 601 that was on the Kajeet (kids Network) through virgin mobile (Sprint SIM). Apparently this has a custom ROM which cannot be unlocked in the conventional fashion. After contacting Kajeet I was told they no longer had a record of my phone in their system. I further found that this phone in a CDMA which is not yet compatible with the ATT (GSM) service. I'm just out of luck with this phone. I would appreciate a refund from you if possible. Anyway, your unlock code is unused so I expect it could be issued to another customer. Thanks guys!

The code they gave me didn't work. Besides the fact that customer support only replies once every 24 hours, they didn't give me any other code, leaving me with refund as my only option. In order to get a refund, you must submit a video with the error. They give you a long list of conditions that your video must respect in order to be "valid', which makes it really hard to ever see your money back. This is not how "100% satisfaction" is achieved.

I unlocked an HTC Desire from At&t for use with tmobile and I works great with LTE full capacity. Very easy and fast for a few bucks.

They sent several different codes, After three tries the phone locks.
They want a video for a refund. I sent a copy of the refund receipt.
It did not work for me. Still no refund! I got the impression that they accused me of fraud.

They provided the code for my BlackBerry Z30 in just over 24hrs after I placed the order Saturday evening. The code worked first time with no issues and I would defiantly use them again for the next phone I need to unlock

Having tried step one which was to use a different SIM card I found that the phone was already unlocked so I had the right result .
