frenchfurniturefittings.co.uk Reviews

Beautiful, elegant, excellent quality door handles. They make our kitchen look very smart and stylish.

I bought my kitchen hardware from this company. The cabinet knobs and handles were both of top notch quality but not only that, their customer service was insane. Returned few unused bits and literally within two days of sending, they refunded the money back. This is record speed and I have used a lot of different shops during my renovation. Really impressed.

Brilliant, high quality product, just as good a quality as handles I’ve purchased that are 5x the price. I ordered the Brittany Kitchen Cabinet Handles - Antique Pewter, and they look amazing. Super fast delivery as well.

Whish I had found this company sooner, they are fantastic. An extensive range of handles, the price and quality is excellent. Delivery was within 2 days and each different type of handle was packed in its own individual box with a label on which is just a nice little extra touch.
We are now in the process of rejuvenating out kitchen and furniture around the house with handles from French and will be ordering more again soon.

Ordered cabinet handles which are beautiful quality. Immediate dispatch and super fast delivery. I needed to order a couple more afterwards and ended up speaking to Joe Parish, one of the sales team. Joe is patient, warm and very helpful. He actually told me to ring him back if I had any problem with my re-order, telling me "It's always good to talk". It's been years since any company I've dealt with has delivered customer service as this one has. I'm bowled over. Highly recommend this company for beautiful handles and outstanding customer service/communication.

I ordered several handles in various sizes to see what would fit our kitchen as some of the holes were already pre-drilled.

They arrived quickly and communications were great.

I was pleasantly surprised with the weight and quality of the handles. Especially considering the low prices.

I picked out what worked and placed a new order.

I returned the unused ones and revived a refund in a few days.

The whole process was simple from start to finish.

The customer service was amazing.

Highly recommend this company, you will not be disappointed!!

Thank you again for your help and wonderful products.

Excellent handles as described good quality and price and quick delivery. Highly recommended

My wife ordered some door handles on line. We are local but we’re very pleasantly surprised to receive a knock on the door the very next day from ordering . Delivered personally, and a great product as well . Outstanding service , will use the company many times again . Well done !

Straight forward advice - a great range of products which are well designed and understated - great prices - on time delivery - performed better than I hoped or expected - so top marks for them - I trust them and which is not something that you can always do. I hope to update this review in a few years to tell you how well the things I bought, lasted

Superb quality, value and service- my order was late and so I called to ascertain when I could expect it. Turned out that I had put the wrong door number on my delivery address. French Furniture Fittings sorted out a re delivery the next day at no extra cost, despite it being my error- I cannot recommend enough, really good company and will use again.

Friendly service on the phone.
Nice products at competitive prices.
OUTSTANDING delivery times.

Absolutely fantastic products, extremely high quality handles and knobs for great value. Customer service excellent. Would highly recommend.

I would absolutely recommend this company to anybody who needs to buy new handles for their furnishings. Excellent next day delivery service. Not very often that I am able to leave five star review. Very pleased with the handles received, also came with additional length screws which I found very handy. Cheaper than Amazon and very helpful when contacting them for help.

WOW! I cannot set out fully how impressed I am by this company. After weeks of trawling the internet for handles for a bedroom project we came across French Furniture Fittings and could not believe the choice and value for money. I placed an order easily at 2pm on Friday and the minimal postage delivered the goods by Saturday morning. The handles were outstanding quality and arrived with a range of screws to assist with fitting options. I am now scouring my house looking for other opportunities to switch handles just to use this form again. Get ordering you will not be disappointed.

This is the second time I’ve purchased from French furniture fittings.
Excellent service ,Excellent door furniture, competitively priced.
I am in receipt of handles I only purchased yesterday.
Thank you 🙏

This company deserves more than 5* in its' customer service, quality and choice of goods and responsiveness to enquiries and orders. There are no showrooms or shops but their service is second to none. My enquiry for samples of kitchen door handles was dealt with in a helpful and friendly manner over the phone. I received my samples the next day! My subsequent, larger order was also delivered the next day despite ordering late in the day. I had also underordered - this was promptly and helpfully rectified over the phone. I cannot rate this company highly enough. In dealing with Joe, he enables you to feel listened to and in such a friendly manner. The company has a wide range of choices, deals with orders efficiently and provides brilliantly good value. . Their products are excellent. Thank you
