Impressive and delightful

Easy to order, processed and delivered with no delay. My items were beautifully packaged and wrapped in pink tissue paper and it simply delighted me upon opening the box. Gorgeous.

It seems my earlier review was a bit harsh …

Having received further information from the sender, I am left to query the story given by Aus Post.
“Sender did not put apartment number on address slip, attempted to redress this with carrier but did so too late and so, the carrier determined they had the incorrect address and returned the parcel to the sender.”

As a direct result of the sender’s error, I have not received my order, for which I paid a month ago.

I’m sorry this delivery has been frustrating and that your order hasn’t reached you as expected. I appreciate the opportunity to clarify the timeline and explain the steps we’ve taken.

Your order was placed and paid on 18 January, and the shipping confirmation was sent on 20 January. When we noticed that Australia Post had not completed the delivery, we proactively contacted you and also reached out to Australia Post to investigate. There was no attempt from our end to amend the delivery address after the parcel was shipped.

We genuinely pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and have been actively following this up since the issue first became apparent. Unfortunately, the information provided by the carrier has been inconsistent, which has contributed to the confusion.

While this situation has been outside our control, I don’t believe you should be left out of pocket. A full refund has now been processed.

We take a lot of care with our candles, especially in warmer weather, and we wanted to do everything we can to make sure yours arrives in perfect condition.

Once your order arrives, we’d love you to let us know how everything looks. And of course, if there are any issues at all with the candle or anything else in your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll make it right for you straight away.

Absolute perfection in a box.

Overall great communication and postage-time was simply phenomenal. Highly recommend freshly kitten to women from all walks of life. Products all three are a 10/10 for me.
