I chose Fresh Cuts because it's local and the clothes ethically made. Unfortunately, there was an error and they didn't have the trousers I wanted, so they kindly emailed me with 2 options; one to cancel my order and one to change my order to different trousers at no extra cost. They were very helpful and responded quickly. I'll definitely shop there again.
