I cannot recommend Gail Bailey at Freshfield Mortgages highly enough. She’s been extremely helpful arranging our mortgage for an upcoming house move. Gail is a combination of professional, knowledgeable and is also extremely easy to deal with. Gail just seems to do exactly what she says she’ll do, if she says she’ll call at 2pm on Monday, that’s when you’ll get a call. Having spoken to people locally since starting the process of moving house, everybody recommends Gail and nobody has a bad word to say about her. Gail Bailey, Mortgage and Protection Adviser at Freshfield Mortgages is to be recommended 100%. Once she has had her initial chat with the client (currently virtually) and assesses where their finances are, she works very quickly to attain the best deal she can source. Also within the world of buying and selling houses, she can produce a Mortgage In Principal within the same day, which of course helps with time and deadlines. I have already passed Gail's name onto others as I am so impressed.
