Optimum was a great solution form me to understand the mortgage application process. They were friendly and professional at all times, guiding me, keeping track of the whole process and giving me updates constantly.
In addition, Aimee was giving me updates of Interests Rates changes, being available for a call on weekends or late in the night.
They were very understanding of stressful process for families. They really made a big difference!

Aimee is so knowledgable and answered all of my many questions with ease. Her expertise and professionalism shines through and it was really reassuring to have her support.

Aimee was so so helpful from start to finish. She talked me through the process way back when and advised on the purchase of two properties (unfortunately the first one fell through after 6 months). She responded to texts and emails really promptly, got me a great mortgage deal and was able to advise on other financial matters around the purchase.

Micah helped secure us a mortgage where one of us had an old default still on file, he both whittled down the correct lenders we had a better chance with and made sure we had all the relevant documentation before hand so we had a better chance of success, all in all, a great service and wouldn't hesitate to use them again

Sound and impartial advice.
I was a little reticent about using a financial advisor recommended by the estate agent, however Micah at Optimum was excellent. Sound advice, imartial and very good value for money. The time saved was well worth the fee. Will probably use his services again in the future.

We used Optimum as a mortgage broker for our first home. They, or more specifically Aimee Stone who dealt with our case, were excellent. Aimee made what could have been a really stressful process really easy and when we did encounter problems with our lender or solicitor she was inexhaustible in her efforts to get things moving again. It was clear to see that she prided herself on doing a professional job and she was obliging, communicative and very pleasant throughout. We really can't speak highly enough of her. I had initially thought I could sort a mortgage without a broker but there were complications because I had a temporary contract at work and some lenders weren't willing to consider my income in addition to my partner's. Despite this concern, Optimum found us an excellent deal and did so very swiftly.
