This as lifted a big weight off my shoulders and the plan in place is great for me at the moment all in all this experience is a welcome relief for me thanks again.

The staff I spoke with were clear about my options.I was given answers to all my questions.
I feel more confident about what i am doing and i can feel happy about the future.Its quite involved due to the nature of the service but i never felt rushed and i could ask questions.At the end of the call i feel much more at peace and believe that i have a way to manage my debts.They were friendly and understanding.

Fresh start have helped me immensely today getting all my debt problems sorted out. I cannot recommend them enough very friendly and supportive

Started with some trepidation but after talking to Ed about my situation and the solutions they offer my mind was at ease that I could get my debts under control and stop worrying about k cons on the door of phone calls from collection agencies
The process was very easy and nothing there to try and trip you up, everything laid in black and white

Basically ran through everything and explained how it all works and set clear timelines of payments and next steps

Fantastic service made all my worries dissolve in a matter of minutes feel so much lighter

I am a new current customer of Fresh Start and my first impression hasn't been great. It takes ages to get a reply to emails, if at all. No updates on my payments, creditors or acceptances and I am still being chased for minimum payments. Sorting my debt out was a big step for me and a big decision as to which company I felt was best. I went through Giraffe Money which were brilliant but Fresh Start are a 3rd party. Unfortunately, I am now considering switching companies and going elsewhere.

I was contacted by Fresh Start UK after I decided to do something about my debts and also the mounting and excessive charges which doesn’t have any impact on clearing those debts. I spoke to Aron at length who was professional and kind throughout. Now I am able to clear the debts without the life-limiting charges and looking forward to being debt free.

Fresh start dealt with my situation excellently. Tom was very professional and explained all my options and helped me make the best decision. Would definitely recommend.

Having debt is horrible it makes you wish you could turn back time and not be so irresponsible. We have been with Fresh start for years and are seeing our debts reduce year after year, there is always light at the end of the tunnel. Had a phone call with Tom today as due annual review, it always makes me anxious but all was straightforward and Tom was understanding and showed empathy and was non judgemental. Happy to continue with my payment plan as Fresh start gives you exactly that a fresh start that allows you to still live in today’s expensive world. Thanks all from us both.
