Really helpful staff when my order wasn’t delivered, lovely people especially Georgia!!

I was so looking forward to receiving my y parcel and I wasn't disappointed. I ordered one pies and one puddings package. They where delicious. The pies would easily serve two people. Highly recommended.

Great cakes, arrived right on time, in splendid condition.
I do like torts more than cheese cakes so a wider selection there would definitely make me come back more often.
My husband already sent a box to his parents!

My first experience with Frodeli wasn't good at all, but I gave them another chance and I'm soooo glad I did. The order and delivery was seamless and the mini cheesecakes blew us away. We ordered a mixed box and really enjoyed everyone, they are delicious!!

It arrived as requested on time. Was parcelled up amazingly with cool blocks

We were sent a gift of mixed cheesecakes ordered from the USA!!!! They were soooo good that we decided to put in an order ourselves! Everything we have eaten is amazing! Down to the all the extras that are sent with them like clotted cream, fruit, drizzle and ice cream! We can not recommend this company enough even to how they are packed and delivered!!

There was a small hick-up with postage (due to postal strikes and therefore out of Frodeli's hands) but Frodeli have been SUPER helpful, apologetic, refunded straight away and offered the same special offer as I originally ordered on for a future date.

When something goes wrong and you still walk away happy you know a company is getting it right.

Arrived late for my friend's birthday due to a supply chain issue, but he said they were delicious. I'd have liked a bit more notice of the issue, but otherwise, would buy again!

The cakes arrived well packaged,great communication through out.The large cake we ordered was a lovely centre piece on New Year’s Day all our guests giving lovely comments it was very tasty.The accompanied extras made it more special.

Cheesecakes were lovely just didn’t get the ones I ordered and the order was cancelled twice you end

Customer service excellent, was due delivery before Xmas, sadly dpd failed to.deliver but was refunded straight away and emailed same day as delivery due , have re ordered since and all is Fantastic

I ordered the mixed box of cheesecakes and 6 manchester tarts. All the cakes were delicious, well presented, satisfying portion size. The mixed cheesecakes came with lots of little extras e.g. caramel, belgium chocolate and lemon drizzle sauces, fresh berries and icing sugar in a metal frodeli shaker, it made the cheesecakes extra special. The manchester tarts were very big and tasty, the shredded paper was a bit of a pest it was stook on some of the cakes and the manchester tarts definately need more jam.

This dessert was a wonderful ending to our New years eve murder mystery party.Everyone said how much they had enjoyed it!Oranges and chocolate! who could ask for more !

Very professional looking and tasty desserts. I ordered from here because I needed some vegan desserts for the Christmas period. The ones I received were delicious. Unfortunately the base had disintegrated on some of the chocolate tortes and the box was full of crumbs, but they were still very tasty.
Be careful if doing a search on the word ‘vegan’ as some products have a vegan sauce but are not vegan themselves. Check that they have the vegan label.

Cake came on allocated day, brilliantly packaged, nice little touch with serviettes, and finishing touches of chocolate sause and chocolate sprinkles. And the cake was delicious! even 5 days later it still tastes great. Will definitely use Frodeli again.

The cakes and cheesecakes were absolutely gorgeous. Arrived safe and expertly packaged.

I purchased the mini cheesecakes which were absolutely delicious. Also purchased the puddings which were surprisingly big and had delicious custard with them. I had a small problem of some missing custard and ice-cream 2 days before Christmas and called their customer service line. The service I received was second to none. The missing items were delivered the same day with an apology. I would definitely recommend this company and their fabulous desserts. I will most certainly order again. Thanks again frodeli.com.
