This gives me SEVERE "zing" pain. Travels up my nose. VERY painful! A 10 on a 1 to 10 scale.
I do not recommend this product

The product worked until I needed to charge it. And the charger never worked.

I've used this crap for 14 days my teeth got 1/2 a shade whiter.It seemed like it stopped working.The light does not work for 30 mins.You have to charge it after every use.it shuts off sometimes during treatment.Would not recommend buyer beware.Very disappointing no clue what happened what's wrong I just think the system sucks sorry but I hate to leave reviews like this but it's getting to be BS

It actually works well! I have never used anything before this product so I was hesitant but the results were instant. I have used it for the last 3 days and I can definitely see a difference. I have sensitive teeth but it has not bothered me at all.

I bought the Auraglow Complete Whitening Kit on Amazon. Unfortunately, it didn't bleach my teeth at all.

I had a very positive experience recently with Auraglow. The customer service is exceptional. Chi responded to the issue I was having with my new unit not charging quickly and professionally. I received my replacement within two days completely hassle free. Thank you Chi for restoring my faith on customer service. Well done

It works ok but not an incredible improvement in whiteness. And it doesn't hold a charge. They need to fix that issue

I ordered this teeth whitening product after reviewing other teeth whitening products. The reviews were very positive online so I decided to order one. Well pleased with the results of the product. Very simple to use in your own home after brushing your teeth for the last time of each day. Would definitely recommend this product to others.

Customer service went above and beyond to make things right with my order. We discussed my issue on Monday and I received replacement by Friday. I thank you for the quick response. So I received the Auraglow Whitening Kit and was eager to try it. Unfortunately, the unit would not shut off after my first use (which did whiten my teeth a bit). I contacted the company and they immediately suggested ways to fix this issue. When that did not work, they sent me another kit - no questions asked. They were incredibly responsive and sorry that this was happening. I can't say enough good things about their customer service!

I had an issue with the mouth tray and it was resolved the same day so emailed customer service. I would highly recommend this company.

They sent me a brand new model (this one rechargeable instead of battery powered), along with a free whitening pen as a thank you for my patience. I truly appreciate the follow up and their effort to make things right.

In the end, while my experience started off on the wrong foot, I’m grateful for the resolution and the upgraded product. It’s good to see that they do care about customer satisfaction, even if it took some time. Just make sure you’re aware of warranty or support policies before purchasing.

I have recently been supported by Dale from AuraGlow. His Customer Service is outstanding, professional, responsive and so pleasant. It’s rare to receive this level of service anymore. I will continue to use AuraGlow knowing that the company cares about its customers.
