Excellent Customer Service.
My teeth whitening unit was defective (after a year) and AuraGlow sent me a replacement right away. No hoops to jump through.

Speedy and very satisfying response from customer service with a problem I encountered with my Auraglow light about a year after purchase. They stand behind their products.

They quickly replaced an older model of the whitening light when I was having issues with it not turning on. The new version is so much brighter! Already seeing a difference since using the new light.

My product was delivered, but one of my whitening gels went a little crazy once I opened the cap ans it oozed everywhere. I reached out for help, and was contacted right away by email from an awesome man named Dale! His customer service was amazing. He had the patience, kindness, and resolved the issue right away. It's because of this experience that I will not only purchase more products in the future, but I will also be recommending this companies products to my friends and family! I'm a first time customer, and extremely happy so far! Thank you Auraglow and thank you so much Dale!

I bought the Auraglow LED Blue light Teeth whitening and I love it! It's great for when I don't want to be tethered to my SNOW teeth-whitening device. Auraglow is super easy to use AND it's shipped with batteries, so it's ready to go right out of the box. All I need is some whitening strips and I'm ready to go! p.s. the customer service folks at Auraglow are great!

Recently I bought some more whitening gel and had issues with my current LED light - the light wouldn't stay on and there was also a buzzing noise that wouldn't' stop. I reached out to Auraglow and asked if there was something I could do to fix the light. I received a super quick response from Dale @ Auraglow and he immediately offered to replace the light at no cost.
I had no expectations going into this conversation and was very pleased to have the new light delivered in 2 days.

I received top-notch customer service during every interaction with Auraglow! They not only did a fantastic job resolving my initial request, but also proactively followed up throughout the process. Truly appreciated!

I lost my charger and contacted Auraglow to inquire about buying a replacement. I received a response within a few hours letting me know a FREE replacement was being readied for shipping to me. And in less that 24 hrs., the charger was shipped and it arrived today. Ninety-nine percent of the time when I contact a company's Customer Service contact, I receive no response. If it is by phone, I have to jump through 10 hoops of electronic messages and choices and hope I say the "magic" phrase to get through and speak to a human. Auraglow's customer service is such a welcome relief - back to the good old days of a human responding right away. I can't put into words or add enough stars to accurately describe how great this felt. And the product works amazingly well. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service and product.

I had a problem with my light unit and they took care of it right away. They went above and beyond for service.

My original battery powered light broke after just a few uses, so I contacted support and they were so kind and prompt in resolving my issue! They sent me a new charging light that doesn't need replaceable batteries free of charge. I will definitely be working with them again!

Absolutely wonderful customer service this company has. 100% makes me want to recommend to friends. I had an old light unit I was unfortunately only able to use a few times before having to discontinue use due to pregnancy. Unfortunately, after I had my baby and went to use my unit again, it malfunctioned, meaning I’d have to repurchase the whole thing again. I reached out to customer service (Dale) who replied within 24 hours and offered to replace my unit with the newer version, no questions asked. Super pleased with the help and so excited to get back to teeth whitening!!

These strips are the best out there. I will never use another brand. I have been in touch with the company and they have answered all my questions. They have had personal fallow ups with me. The customer service is excellent. I am very pleased with this product and the company that sells them.
